I don't get it either. One word discussions are not my idea of a discussion. One word responses are not really responses either. The points that are awarded for these needs to be re-evaluated.

I have a fast internet connection, that wouldn't help me 200 in one hour! That is less than 20 seconds to find a suitable topic, read the topic, type a reply and post... That's only possible if you put one word answers or copy and paste a previous reply.

I don't think you are missing anything. If you wanted to respond to one hundred "polls" I am sure that you could, but I don't think that it really counts as a discussion and I also think that these people are going to begin to be weeded out and not allowed to start ridiculous posts any longer. I think you are doing great :) good luck!

May be they are givig a lot of time to my lot. I myself am posting around 25 responses a day and spend around 1.5 to 2 hours on doing it.

Short responses don't, as far as I can tell, earn much, so people making one word responses are just fooling themselves. I know for a fact I have more earnings here than some people with double the ratings, and as far as I can tell the main difference is posting length.

At only 20 seconds a post there's no way someone could search out a post to reply in and type a quality answer longer than one word regardless of their internet speed, typing speed or anything else. They would be posting one word word answers, or copying and pasting an answer.

One word answers are the possible reason and does commenting on a post also adds up to total post count?
