Think of it this way, stand before a mirror. If you feel good, the mirror will definitely reflect you smiling or bursting with an aura of positiveness. In the same manner, if you are full of negativity, don't expect the mirror to show a blooming reflection. Like it was said, "what you think is what you are". Yup, it all starts in the mind. :D so think clean..

That is right, you have to think first, prepare the way you do it and the things will be easier to do.

Most of the time I guess this mind over matter thing is true. Like if you want to be successful in business, you just don't think that your business will grow, you should add in hard work too then what your wishing about will come upon. It's not really all thinking over what you want to do in life, you have to act upon it and work for it not just sit there and think of what you want to do.

Yes I don think its true. Making your self believe that you can do something will make you inspired. Being inspired, you can do lot of things with a positive attitude.

I also believe in that saying gm. I also read this kind of idea in a book called the secret wherein if you really want something, you should always think about it and it will happen. Actually, it's just being positive all the time.

This reminds me of a tag line on that particular commercial on vitamins, it goes something like what the mind conceives, your body can achieve. So yeah, the mind is a powerful motivator. It makes you feel immediately tired after just trying once, or makes you feel strong still despite numerous attempts. Like what we always say, it's all in the mind.
