estremms There is no practical and effective tips other than having self-control. Even if you have read tips and listened to all advices on how to be frugal but still you don't have self-control then it's useless.

estremms This also happens to me but there are times that even if I keep pushing myself to do things more my body is reacting negatively already so I have to stop to follow what my body says like if I'm to tired or too sleepy already to continue what I am doing.
