Hi there. I would like to have a tattoo in my left arm but my boyfriend doesn't permit me to have one. He has his own reasons and I respect that. How about you? Do you like to have a tattoo? What is your opinion about a person having a tattoo? Thanks

I just want to have a Henna tattoo. I don't want a real one on my body. Tattoos look cool though. Some have a lot on their bodies. It's good that you respect your bf's reasons. Thanks for sharing and happy mylotting.

Oh, that's a good idea. I guess your boyfriend will allow you to have a Henna tattoo. Take a picture and post it here okay?

I love tattoos too, but my brother would not allow me to have them on me as he claims that they give different meaning to different people and he doesn't want others to judge me in a wrong way and I respect that.
But, if given a chance, I would love to have a tattoo on my neck, near the collar bone. I just love my collar bone and other than that, I would love to have 1 in my ankle, left feet. And last but not least, i would love to have my lover's name in my left hand ( which I will have sooner once we are official because after that, my brother would never make decisions for me on this )

Hi there. Thanks for the response. Yes, it is good that you are respecting your brother's decision. I respect my boyfriend's decision as well that is why I can't have a tattoo yet as of now. But hopefully soon. Yees, I hope you can have a chance to have one soon as well because you'll love it for sure.

I love tattoos I have one on the back of my neck, one on the bottom of my back one one the inside of my wrist and two on the outside of my wrist, and two on my chest. I think they make people individual and they are the only thing we take with us when we pass away. Each of my tattoos have a meaning and IM hoping to get one on my ribs in the next few months.

I would be really upset if my fiancé wanted to prohibit me from wearing something. That would be the killing of my own personal freedom. Anyways, I'm not huge on tattoos, but if I had one, I would have an inspiration word (for me, at least, inspirational) like imagine or fantasy, or a nice quote from music lyrics with fancy cursive writing and smaller letters on my wrist. In black of course.

Hi there. Thanks for the kind response. Yes, and I respect your own opinion. What religion do you have? So, please don't have any tats in your body if it will affect your belief. Always respect your body as it is a gift from God. I respect God as well. I think we just have our own opinion regarding having a tattoo.

Hi fatlex.
If I was to suggest you as a friend on whether to have a tattoo or not, then I would have suggested yes if you were having that tattoo where you can hide it with normal clothing for occasions that require formal etiquette. And also it would be better if you have a small tattoo. Because it might look cool now to have some very funky big tattoo. But what will happen when you grow old. Imagine yourself as a very old lady. And you think you will not feel embarrassed in front of your grand children with those tattoos then I would suggest you to go with the tattoo. Anyways make your decision after consulting with your boyfriend. Anyways have a nice day ...

Yes, thanks for this. This is very inspiring. I will take note of that. And actually I am planning to have just a small one because I am a teacher, I think the school will be having a bad image if the tattoo that I will be having will be so obvious. Don't worry I promise it will just be small. It will be the ambigram that my boyfriend made.

I have wanted a tattoo but my ex didn't want me to have one, he used a religious excuse. Even though I wa the same religion, I didn't see things the same way he did. I think it should be up to you, it is your body and no one else's. I respected what he had to say and never got one. I am going to go get one soon. I don't care now if my boyfriend thinks I should have one or not. I see tattoos like family, it will always be there no matter what, other people in my life will come and go and may not always be there. You can't choose family, but you can choose a tattoo that suits you in a time of your life where it really means something and will always be there to remind you of your life and times.

I don't like to have tattoo in my body not becauce I don't really like it but it is forbidden by God. It is written in the Bible, " that one should not put any marks or tattoos on ones body. " God doesn'tlike it. Our body is God's creation and I think one should not vandalize it. Just a suggestion.
Have a nice day!
