There should be many books in your local library on creative writing. Also, buy a Thesaurus. Roget's Thesaurus, I believe, is the preferred version. And, if you don't have one, an English dictionary is very valuable. Reading in mylot is also helpful. Or, at the library, pick up some interesting short stories by American writers. This should give you a feel for the language. I have a book titled "If You Can Talk You Can Write" by Joel Saltzman. You can buy it online or maybe the library has a copy. I found it to be very inspirational. And the advice many successful writers give is to put down your thoughts. Don't try to edit it right away. Just write everything down as you think of it. Then, later go back and read and rewrite it. But don't try to rewrite it all at once. Take breaks in between, maybe even a day or two. And lastly I think this link will be helpful to you: www.dailywritingtips.com/creative-writing-101/ Good luck in fulfilling your dream. And read everything you can. Here is a quote from Jane Evershed, author:
"To read is to empower
To empower is to write,
To write is to influence,
To influence is to change,
To change is to live."
Hope I have helped you a little. Get famous!!!

This is a great discussion topic, one that we can all benefit from. deazil above, has great suggetions and are well worth remembering and following. I would also suggest you join ezinearticles.com. Ezines is one of the best writing sites, and one of the most difficult to get your work accepted. HOWEVER, they send you regular emails with ideas on how to be a better writer. I would not submit articles to them until you feel comfortable with you work but joining for the benefit of their instructional emails are great.

Hey, thank you for the link, Deazil! I have checked it out and found it really helpful. I'm going to suggest it to my teacher friends as they also often make mistakes in writing. Thank you so much!

From where in the world did software pop up for writing articles. You select a topic and a software write it for you in 8 minutes. Thats wrong. Software does not have its own brain like what human does. Its human thinking, and what can software do is just show you what is already inside and not what it is thinking of your topic. OK you can write in any article in 8 minutes, but still reading is required and without a lot of research no one can write a good article even in that what you said 8 minutes. You have to gain knowledge to what you are writing and not just sitting like a duck and go on writing what people want.

You can write an article within minutes now. no need to do research, read books whatever, that's just only an old fashion way. because todays generation in on computer age. the most you can write an article is 8 minutes and maybe little bit longer if you are first timer but once you are used to it? it's easy an simple. there are lots of software out there that you can choose to. it's up to you and what you like, but you have to buy it, some software are range from $100 or more some are less.

You have made some good points there, that I know are valuable. The important thing you left out is practice, it makes perfect; so with a lot of writing work or exercises you would definitely improve.
Though you have made a good point, I see that you still face some difficulty yourself, that I feel is related to being a Non-English speaker, which makes it difficult using punctuations. You have to do a lot of reading then you would know how to use punctuations.

With over 165 articles you should have raked in more than $300 with a minimum of $2 per article, I know the 150 word article and with 30 ratings of 4.0 stars averall, you definately should earn better. You should also try to put more into your writing, as you could earn more with being close to perfect with your choice of words and grammar.

As someone who is a native English speaker and writer, I would recommend classes. Perhaps you have a college that you can attend. If the English language is something you would like to learn better, maybe you can start with an "English as a second language class". After you have mastered the English language satisfactorily, you can move on to reading and writing. To help you better understand vocabulary, a dictionary is a must. It is also important to practice how to structure a sentence, learn about punctuation, develop reading comprehension, and construct a paragraph. This is done at the grade school and secondary school levels, but you can possibly find a class that allows you to do all of this at your stage in life. A class such as "English 101" will give you lessons on how to further construct paragraphs, and use punctuation marks to further your writing ability. I do not fully know the command you have of the English language, but your discussion shows that you are coming along. I hope this helps.

First of all you must read to have a good knowledge and fluency in English language. You can read books, magazines and newspapers. For creativity you must have a creative mind or you can write about your own experiences to start. Write something everyday to improve your writing.

with reference to your main topic discussion, it is good to hear that you are looking forward to another way on how to earn. aside from that, you are also expanding your horizon since you want to explore your writing capabilities. well having the right direction plus dwelling on the site where you can earn and learn, for sure, you will do it great.
