Women on Top!

Long time ago women are characterized as simple, meek and vulnerable. They are destined to be in the house only, that is why on 1940's to 1980's parents give high regards of education to their male children than female. As time goes on women are like technologies, they are improving, upgrading and became the asset in the work place. They become the locomotives of our society. They are emerging as the leaders in all walks of life and sometimes the bread winner in the family.

are you aware that there are more career opportunities to women now? Then more parents educates their daughter more because they have more focus and drive to study than their sons who just want to cut classes and play videogames....
Recently my company's HR hired more women than men because they were said to be more disciplined and focus.

yes captAlbert, that's why women on top because they are becoming the asset in the company, more opportunities for them in the work place and also they are becoming the bread winner in the family :D

Women evolution is starting to be visible in the society. It shows the awareness for gender equity, but not all countries and nationalities favor on these changes.

Oh certainly! This has been the case. See this for instance, the post of "chairman" has been replaced by " chairperson". You can think why this has been done. Business related talks generally focus over the saying " pink flag on blue temple ". Evidences are innumerable that women have become an integral part of our society in every department an they should be respected for the same.
