This family is consist of 6 that lives in front of my apartment. They were 4 adults and 2 teenagers. It is just they can't talk in soft voices I can hear them even their whispers . The house is not that big that they have to shout all the time. My friend told me that maybe they are proud-stomached people and they want to shout what they have. I just wish robbers will not hear them to cause them into trouble.

I don't have neighbors like that.
Besides, the houses around me are too big and mostly are closed with high fences.
So, if ever I could hear my neighbors voice- it's because they are using microphones when having some fun..videoke

They are a strong volume people. I remember when I was applying for a jon in Manila, I live also an apartment. The first door live a family wherein the father always shout to his child. No other voice we can hear everyday except the father's voice even his child was beside with him. He always saying bad words his his child. I cannot imagine, what will happen to his child when it will become adult.
When he is drunk, all neighbors cannot sleep due to his very loud voice. I hate to stay again on that apartment. Our house is very silent, if we have misunderstanding with my wife, we will enter to our room and talk. Nobody will hear our voice.

for a minute i was wondering if you live next door to me as im always telling my daughter to tone her voice down. she like that its like she never says anything quietly! i told her the neighbors probably think shes a shrew or something and likely knows all that goes on in our house. she says its from living with kids so long that dont listen and working in the food service business.also.

I can understand if she is the only one who talks like that but when the entire family does what's with them?

They sound like my neighbours They are so loud, we can literally hear their conversations. It is a family with two children and the oldest child is a teenager. Her and her mother are not exactly best friends and they always seem to argue. Sometimes "just" talk loud and sometimes they scream at eachother I think that they don't really notice their loud voices and they have gotten used to talking that way. Maybe your neighbours have the same habit. I think that the suggestion about turning their loud words into discussions is great

Please try to check if they just arrived from the mountains where they have to shout to their neighbors who live half a kilometer away.

Maybe they are all hard of hearing. If not, it sounds as though they will be. Once we had the nicest neighbor, an elderly widow, and if anyone else has played their television so loudly we would have said something to them, but this woman was so darling we did not want to hurt her feelings by mentioning it.

It is acceptable because of the kind of work you have, but in this family I don't know why they have to keep their voice so high whenever they are talking.

There are some people that are just naturally loud people and that could very well be the case with the family that you are talking about.
However there are many other reasons that they might be loud as well. For example, I have a friend who lost her hearing through her life and she does still speak, however when she does, she said that to most people it sounds like she is screaming to most people, but she can barely hear it. In addition to her being deaf, two of her children are speaking deaf as well.
I know that this very well might not be the case with the family that you are referring to, but I did want to show an example that their pride might very well not be the reason that they are loud.

There's really wrong with that family. Maybe because they are having problem issues in their lives so that they keep doing that thing and the only way they could possibly express their feelings is to shout at the top of their voice. :)

I have a friend who naturally speaks so loud that we have nicknamed him loudspeaker. He tells me that he just can't control the volume. I think the family are also the same, they might just have been born with loud voices and there's nothing you can do about it. You best pray that nothing happens to them.

I guess it's one of the characteristics or traits that differ us from each other. I have a neighbor who acts the same way, raises their voices while conversing with each other. I don't know maybe they have faulty ears that is why the pitch is always on high volume. I guess there's no law that prohibits neighbors for talking too loud or be complained of noise pollution, because their voices is always in full volume.

Maybe they forgot to turn the remote control on a lower pitch mode.

Hi, my father came from a province when people would usually talk out loud. During occasions, my mom would often tell me that my father and his relatives talk as if they are kilometers away from each other because their voices are loud. But it is natural to them and you won't be really irritate with what they are talking. It is just a normal conversation.
With regards to the family that you mentioned, what topics do they usually talk about?

Well, there indeed people who have high pitched voice or loud voice.
Even when they are in an ordinary conversation, they have high pitched voice like they were angry.
Good luck to them indeed, that robbers will not hear them saying that they have already withdrawn money and is with them and placed under their pillow.

Hi,
Some people have loud voice originally. They can't change their habit of speaking loudly. They don't care about their neighbors. I am lucky that I don't have such neighbor.
