In our organization at my job, Anarchy exist. Well, we have a so called project manager but he is just a front of the upper management committee. I was once knew the politics inside, that only empowered men have the authority while Lower men have responsibility but no accountability and confidant. What is happening now is that everybody's keeping their fault and no one wanted to take the blame (even the PM). It's just chaos and some team members already resigned. No one gave direction to where the team is going, the result then is that the Client decides where we will be heading. It's just sad that I cannot do something to make a change(primarily i'm not in the upper level) . So may I ask, in your opinion, what does it take to be a Good Leader? Thank you

A good leader is a role model, no personal intentions to pull down other legs. He needs to put his team together, unify them to reach a certain goal. It really takes a lot of work of this, but in the long run it will payed-off.
