My friend has a bakery and she has many recipes for desserts, cookies and all kinds of cakes. From time to time I ask her for a recipe and I prepare it at home. Today, I decided to make cheesecake! It is my favourite dessert and I wanted to prepare it once by myself! There are many different recipes for the dessert but I trust my friend and I am going to follow the one that she gave me with cherry marmelade on top, instead of finding one online!
The only problem is that the ingredients are a bit expensive. I went out to buy all of them and I think that their total cost was around 20 euros, but the vase of the cherry marmelade is going to be enough for the next time as well! Wish me good luck!

Ewow, yummy! i know it's yummy but haven't tried one yet. good luck on baking.
I have tried baking some easy to bake stuffs before. I like baking but I don't have budget for it. plus, most ingredients are too expensive so wait til we have money for that.hopefully!

oh, yes, it should be few times in a year to bake something very expensive. only if you have budget for it. it's good that from time to time we get to celebrate and experience baking eventhough it's expensive. just be sure we still have money for other foods and stuffs we need most...
Just send me some if it's good, okay?

I love cheesecake. I got almost all the ingredients for it, but I needed more cream cheese. The trouble is that we have our te percent Tuesday at the Supermarket coming and the supper is on Sunday night.

Yes, I understand.. It's too expensive to buy everything at once and without a discount! Cream cheese is the basic ingredient though and you should try and find it in another super market with discount if you want to prepare the dessert by Sunday. Since you're going to use all of the cheese at once, you can look the day before at the products that have short expiry date and they are sold with more than 50% off the initial price.

Went to Wal-mart and got the store brand. Cannot go all over the city, because I do not drive and have to depend on my friends. Luckiliy my neighbor was going because it was too hot and she needed something. She did not get it because it was too hot to walk more then to Walmart. I suspect she made that up, and also got some bleach for my white things.
I will make it on Saturday.

It's a sin. I mean cheescakes. You can never have enough. I could eat one on my own...but I would regret it later...
My mom uses digestive cookies for the bottom and Philadelphia cheese.
Oh yes, it's a sin....

Well, you can wait til the most expensive of the ingredients are on sale and then make it. Or perhaps just buy it as sometimes it's cheaper than making one. I have to say I haven't made it in awhile but I have before and it always turns out nice. I heard of an avocado cheesecake recently which sounds interesting. Anyone want to try that one? I don't have the recipe but maybe you can find it online.

I am sure that there are many different recipes online, I have only tried the various classic cheesecake marmelades, like strawberry, cherry, blueberry etc. It's definitely cheaper to buy it, but I was in the mood to prepare a dessert and I decided to make my favourite one! I'll look for that recipe and other variations that might be unusual for the next time!
