How do you help your referrals?

I don't help them.. because I don't have one

hi lyn, Well I had one referral luckily I just explained once the must know do's and don't here she was good but only for a days then she is not active here because of her work. happy mylotting

Basically the only referral that I have on any of the sites that I work on is my little sister. Because of the fact that we do tend to spend a lot of time together, I find that it is easy to help her with the sites that I work on. Normally, before I will even recommend a site to her, I make sure that I get paid by the site first, so that she would not end up wasting her time. Then, I will take time and tell her what to do on the site when I am spending some time with her.

good day lynboobsy11, with regard to your query, whenever i have new referral, i do make sure that i guide them thoroughly with the process. so that, they will not be mislead. in addition, it is one of my duty, to help them so that they can also earn well in the site where they have signed up. aside from that, whenever i have gained new referrals, i am treating them as a precious gem that needs to be taken care of.

I think you can be a good friend with your referral so that your referrals will be active and your earning increases also. I wish i have referrals...because i have no referral yet since i know to earn money online till now..

No one is helping me I am helping myself because no referral and not like to make referral. Because I read here many times referral are not doing work regularly in mylot.

Ofcourse I lead them through the entire site and helped them any time I could. I went through about fifteen of them. Each one tried out, some for longer than others, but each went their own way at some point. I hope that at some point I find a referral that will like to stick here for awhile.

I have not yet figured out the secret to recruiting people. A lot of the people I know belong to many of the same sites I do, or they are familiar with a site and not interested in being a member. I try to entice a couple of my close friends to join, but, despite needing more money, they are not willing to join sites that pay. I did get the one to sign up for one site, but she promptly neglected it. I don't think that she quite understands that, at the very least, a site like myLot could cover the cost of gas to get her to and from her full-time job.

I only had one referrals and he has left the site now. He asked me many questions about the site like how to start discussions and how to add interests and friends. He also asked me questions about the earnings and how to increase them. I was happy to help him and answer his questions not just because he was my referral, but because I didn't have anyone to ask when I was new. I think it is nice to have an experienced friend to ask for advice in the beginning. Unfortunately the earnings were his main priority and when he reached $10 he left

I guide them step by step,so they will understand how it works because some of my referrals are new in making money online. I always tell to them , if they have some questions. Don't hesitate to ask me and I'm gladly to help them. Sometimes they do that and I'm glad that I can helped them.

Always i try my maximum to help my referrals. Our new referrals don't know more about the site, as they are new to that site. We must teach about the site to them and taught about the do's and don'ts of that site and suggest them to check the terms and guidelines. Most of the sites offer the facility to communicate with our referrals through mails. We must use this facility to guide our referrals in a good way. Some of our referrals are our friends and it is our duty to help them to increase their earnings. Always i try my best to help my referrals in various ways. I will guide them by communicating with them through personal message. I try my best to solve their doubts and show my payment proof to them as well as i will help them to get new referrals by promoting their links in my site and blog.

Until now i don't understand how this referral works. Noone helps me also , some here tried to explain to me but still i did not get.
