What do you prefer? Working at home or working in Office?
For me WORK AT HOME is really good idea, you get to work any time you want, most of the time, there is no specific hours you need to work, take care of your home, no need to take a day off from work, in case you have some other important work to do. Moms with small kids can take care of their kids and also work. old people and physically handicapped people can work easily from home. even students can earn some money in their free time.
OFFICE JOB, you get to meet new people, you can socialize. make new friends, get to know lots of things. can travel daily, rather than staying at home all the time. work for just specific hours. learn of lots of new things. Gradually learn to deal with pressure and tension. become more confident.

Now that I have a child, working at home is more convenient for me. A good nanny is hard to find nowadays so it's better if I'll be the one taking care of my son. But I've yet to find an online job that fits my qualifications. An office job is good but it requires a lot of time outside our home and I've got only a few hours left to be with my son which I don't like. He's age requires someone taking care of him and it better be me his mom.

Both are important to every one. But when we are working from home we are the own boss. We can do work at any time what we want we can get in time. But concentration and punctuality is must when doing home jobs if you are lazy home job will be risk for you.

I had once work at home during my days off from my regular job. But it was only good for two weeks, typing jobs. Working on students' term papers that was during the end of a semester. What I really wanted now is a work on the internet during my spare time but I still have not found a legitimate site where I can work.

I want to do more. I have a friend who is doing a job online during her spare time. We work in the same agency however we are assigned in different cities and we only meet whenever we attend seminars. Next week I will see her again and I will share the websites that she is using. She assured me that these are legitimate sites.

I have a job but I quit as a Construction Inspector, I came across Singapore to find for a job but I rejected all the interviews I had. They offered me very low salary and the fact that lifestyle is very different and expensive in the said country. I don't know actually what decisions would I do. I want to go back to my country and there I will work online. do you think it is a good Idea? I prefer to mind my own business. Can you please send me some online stuffs that I could work for?

hi friend for my both jobs are good because both of them have their own advantages like if you work from home then you do not need to travel and you are your own boss and you can do work when you want and you got paid from sitting home and office job also good because you become socialize and you can make new friends and mostly office jobs are more paying then home based jobs so friend we can do office job regularly and can do home job as part time job so that we also got paid by home job . for me i am student so easily do home job while studying and then i do home job as part time and office job as my main and regular job .

yaa for students, work at home jobs are really helpful in earning extra money, than to depend of parents or guardian for money. even when i was a college student, i did part time online job to my earn money. my parents could afford my expenses, but i loved spending my own money.

Hey,I agree with you regarding the various things that a home based job gives us.It is indeed less stressful than a office job.But the problem for me is that,it is difficult to get a home based job that is worth the time you spend to earn that money. It involves loads and loads of hard work which when put in offices,we earn higher than home based jobs.It is my opinion that legit home based jobs are difficult to find and it is more difficult to earn from them.May be this home based jobs can be an additional income to the regular office job.

I think both work at home and work at office has both advantages and disadvantages. It all depends on the type of personality of the worker and it also depends on what type of job you're doing. For me, I can't choose because I enjoyed working at home when I had a work at home job before. There were I became lazy when I was working at home just because I was at home. I think working in office is good too because it's good being around people.

Hello, well for me I would love to have a work at home job. No more getting up at set times, travelling in all kinds of weather, stuck in a daily grind until it's time to travel home again.
HEAVEN.
The social aspect of working in an office is not that great a plus point. If you work at home in your own time , get the job done then you are free to see friends and family at anytime. No need to wait for the end of a shift.
Sadly finding the right home job is almost impossible and you have to think of the money aspect.
Have a stress free day...

I guess I want to earn money at home. However, I am only using mylot now. I wish I can use other sites, too. I want to earn money that can provide us our monthly expenses and some more needs. I guess mylot is my stepping stone. From here, I'm encountering other sites which are paying members too. It's good to work in the office. I love it. I just want to spend more time with my family. I guess I'm missing them now. Happy mylotting.

Since I can't get a job and live at home because of disability, I have to work at home and I like it because I can earn money to buy things I want. I hope that I can get better at it as I keep working.

yaa. even sometimes i feel lonely working at home. because most of my friends are doing regular office jobs. but i don't have the stress they carry all the time. also i can take a break from my work, go for a drive, go out etc. no one to stop me. which they can't. then i some feel pity about them. i shouldn't be mean. but i do enjoy my life more then they do.

Working at home is good but it also has disadvantages at times. I've been working at home for two years now because of online writing and I learned early on that unlike a regular 8 hours a day job, being a freelancer can also consume a lot of your time. Sometimes I write and stay online for 12 to 15 hours a day especially if there are projects that must be finished and the principal has a short time frame. Right now, I'm on a break so I can do some mylotting but when the new project comes, I'd be out of circulation for about 3 weeks to finish it and will be staying late in front of the pc again lol.

As a at home mom, I prefer Work-from-home option as it offers more flexibility and also it allows the work done from the comfort zone of one's own house.I can plan my household activities and dedicate time towards my online work assignment according to my own convenience. Another advantage of Working-from-home is that one can save a lot of time wasted in commuting to and from office.

I love working at home however that's because I work at my hobby which I absolutely love so it's not like working at all. Also, I'm semi-retired so I have choices that a person needing to be in full time work does not have.
While working at home might seem ideal to many, a person needs to have a strong work ethic, needs to be highly organised and extremely responsible and disciplined. Not many people can achieve working at home successfully.

I like working at home much better. Right now, I'm supplimenting my income by working at home. In time my goal is to increase my earnings from the comfort of home.
My husband and I are business owners and we work on location and at home. I love the home environment and being close to my adoring pets.
Working an office job away from home involves travel, which is beginning to cost more now with the high gas prices. It also invoves, many times, office politics and gossip that I have absolutely no time for.
I don't need to make friends at a job setting. My best friend is my husband, who I work closely with. My other good friends are members of my congragation. I don't need an office setting to be friends with them.
But, of course, that's just my opinion. I works for me.

I think that there are advantages and disadvantages about both options. My job is an offline job, and I don't plan on quitting that job, because I don't think that I would be able to earn enough money if I work at home, but in I think that there would be some advantages about working at home. If I worked at home I would be able to save the money that I spend on transportation. There are few jobs on my own island so I work on the neighbour island. It is a not a big problem to drive there each time I have to work, but I would spend less money on gas if I didn't have to drive from my island to the other island. On the other hand I also love the interaction with other people that I get from an offline job, and I think that I would find it a little boring to work at home at the time.

Me, I like both...
I have experience working for others and also working on our family business,
my... what an experience I got .. I am not tired of working, doing nothing makes me bored.
Waking up everyday, star the morning with a prayer and thank God for a brand new day, then start thinking what new achievements I will do, this is the best thing I like to know. Happy my lotting

hellow,
i think both have prons and cons and it also depends on one's personality.Though home jobs outweigh office jobs to some extent...i would prefer office jobs because it fosters networking and personal development.

if working at home pays well, then i will definitely prefer this one, as i am free to work at home with good money, and no time problems, i have already worked offline jobs and now i am tired so now for time being like to work at home. i agree that with offline jobs we meet new people, and socializing and more, but we don't have the freedom .
