This is one of the factors that overweight people or people who've lost weight, really problem about. Especially when you've already lost a big amount of weight. How do you tighten your skin back to it's normal shape? How do you remove flabs on arms, thighs, legs, butt and tummy? What is the best and most effective way?

If you don't want the cosmetic surgery, if the flab is slight, doing some exercises will be helpful.
The loss of collagen is what causes sagging and deep wrinkles , so you can also have some collagen to help your skin recover.
Don't worry about it, just stick to these: exercises, collagen , or use some Skin tightening cosmetics. It will restore its original appearance, and it just needs time. Have a nice day!

Is the collagen like a cream or something that you have to rub or massage onto your skin? I'm skeptical about those skin tightening cosmetics. do they really work? What kind of exercise? Thank you very much! :)

I think if you were not able to make your skin firm when you have lost weight is to go under the knife. The excess skin will be unsightly after fats have been removed and all that remains is a saggy, flabby skin.

I know that you can always opt for a surgery but I'm asking for a safer, healthier way. But hey, thanks for the response, :)
