We should have breakfast every morning

Many poeple don't seem to attach importance on the breakfast.Especially young,they would like to get up very late so as to lose the breakfast.For office worker,in order to not be late for work,they often just have only a cup of mike or a piece of bread,even have nothing for their breakfast.As lacking of necessary energy, some poeple don't concentrate on work or studying at forenoon.Recently,realizing the importance of having breakfast from TV,so I always get up a litter early to have rich breakfast.Do you will to share your story about breakfast?

I too had been of the same opinion,but after coming across a man in my hometown,I am feeling bound to say that much depends on your age and various other factors concerned with your system.This fellow not only does not take breakfast,but also doesn't take his lunch.He takes only dinner.And he is exceptionally healthy having no physical problem whatsoever.I admit,we should not jump to a conclusion,but now I have begun to think there are exceptions also.He can concentrate on his work and goes on doing it with rapt attention for hours without getting tired.

From your response,i feel you maybe fall across the superman,lol.Maybe he is a workaholic.In my life,i also meet some person who still work from day to night,even to wee hours.But i still don't think it has a benefit for his body.

I dont have time for breakfast during the week and on weekends I just want to sleep . I dont like getting up early so I would just drink maybe tea or eat an orange for breakfast . My mother always telling me get up and come eat breakfast but I never feel hungry in the morning either . My brother and I are noon people . My mother say she used to be like me so she know but when I have children one day ill be used to getting up early for their sake !! so for now if I dont have to I wont lol . My break fast is brunch time lol

During the weekend or vacation,i would like to power nap.Because of continuous working for a week,I feel tired and want to get up late,maybe skip the breakfast.But i know it has a disadvantage for my health.so,if wanting to have enough rest,the best ways is go to bed earlier.

For me breakfast is the most important meal of the day as other people says and believe in. I never skip breakfast and make sure that I will not skip. In case that I am late at work and no time to eat at home, I make sure thy I will eat at the office once I arrived. I believe that breakfast is important cause it will give energy to start our day.

I usually have cereals and milk for breakfast. I also wake up very early in the morning so I have time prepare rice meals for my children. I know their body needs enough energy in their everyday activities. But now that I am temporarily assigned in another place I am sad that I can not take care of the needs of my children.

The most important meal of the day is breakfast and we should eat breakfast to make us strong and have energy that we need in order to work better.Some people do not eat breakfast and cannot work well.They should eat bread and cereals for breakfast to keep them going.For me eating breakfast is a must, I do not eat rice at breakfast but I eat noodles or bread just to have energy.

My breakfast is not aptotic,including noodle,egg fried rice,porridge,patty... In morning,i have no enough time to do more tasty food.Sometimes i also bring some food from cookshop.

As for me, I see to it that I take breakfast every morning, because I am conscious about my weight. I know for a fact that when a person skips breakfast, the body's metabolism slows down which could actually make the body get fat. It is also true that if breakfast is skipped, less concentration and less energy is achieved which makes a person less productive through out the day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! :D

If you take your weight to heart,i suggest you should have proper diet,adequate exercise and healthy babit.First,the dinner should have less food as the bady need less energy at night.Second,you should have some exercises to work off your surplus fat.Lastly,Please don't stay up very late.Hope to help you.

I never skip breakfast as I think it very important as you do. If we have breakfast, we will get some energy for work and study. The importance of not skipping breakfast has been talked a lot in quite a few articles by experts. Based on this, I think that it is better for people not to skip it for the sake of having a good health. You don't have eat much so long as you feel full after eating some good food. Hi Sheng, i always make sure that i have eaten my breakfast before i begin my daily works. I think i can't performed well my work if i don't have my breakfast. Indeed, it is important to take breakfast every morning. It is good for our body and mind. Even i teach my child to learn to have breakfast every morning although sometimes he likes to skip it.

i like early morning breakfast,if i miss it,i feel fatigue and tired,real hungry all the day,and also the growth gets spoiled.atleast a bread would be fine in the breakfast meal each day

My story about breakfast? I just wake up in the right time on the morning, so I do have sufficient time to get a proper breakfast :D Rather than breakfast, I skipped lunches more often.. xD

For workers, it is hard to have a good breakfast everyday. I think I am lucky that my mother cooks breakfast for me everyday.

Breakfast is the most important meal. It is important for everybody to have breakfast so that you can have the energy for the activities of the day. In my own experience if I only have hot chocolate and a slice of toast for breakfast, I feel hungry at around 9am. Furthermore when I was still student, my mother always oblige me to have breakfast and it is good. I participated actively in class discussions and various school activities. Unlike when I skip breakfast I have head ache, stomach ache and I can't think better during exams.

as i read all the other responds, I strongly agree to them that never skip breakfast. As for me, I really need to eat breakfast since I'm having my training in the ICU, were it fuels the body to help provide energy, better concentration throughout the day.

Yes one should not skip their breakfast. I never my breakfast. Breakfast is very important as it acts as energy booster and also helps in weight loss.

It is a very important meal cause it will define the whole day. If we eat whatever we might try to compensate that all day and eating less quality food and even more, wich is no good. I don't know if it's true but as a Vegan I read a lot of health subjects and I found once that we stop burning fat after 5pm? Again I don't know because I saw in a site and never read this again, but anyways I try to work out before 5 and indeed always got the feeling of being more lazy after that hour

I've heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! It provides us with the energy that we need to start the day! My breakfast is not always the best, but I am trying to get breakfast every morning. I usually drink milk & juice, and eat a fruit or toasted bread with cheese and turkey, or with butter and honey. It depends on the time that I have to prepare it!

I always have breakfast, that is a must for me. I am okay even if I skip lunch or dinner as long as I had breakfast. If I am running late and don't have time for breakfast at home, I make sure to grab something on my way that I can breakfast on. It's like my warm up gasoline to start up my day.

you are absolutely right.besides what you say.there is another right for haveing breakfast.i can help people lose weight!maybe it sound freaky but it is !but nowaday people seem not have time to have breakfast,even myself sometime dont have it.we are so busy...
