Wedding Flash Mob Dance

On 31.08.2012 My best friend got married and did her wedding reception in a big hall, like a community hall.
During her first dance, we were very surprised when she (husband and cousins) did a flash mob, not many people though, just about twenty persons.
Thing is, I was planning to do a dance flash mob during my wedding also. But she already did it, so if I am going to do the same, it won't be so original anymore.
Actually, I was quite disappointed but I can't tell anyone how I feel because she is my best friend and it was her wedding, of course she can do what she wants.
I want to do that but I am worry that people might say that I copycat her. Any suggestion?

Oh. So meaning, you already have the idea of having a mob at your wedding too, before you saw the mob at your bff's wedding right? Well, I think it's okay to have a mob at your wedding too. But maybe you could put some twist and have it differently. Make it much better than your bff's mob. You could also tell this one to your bff so she won't feel that you copied the idea. You could ask her to be part of the mob too. ;) You can even ask the priest to dance in the mob. lol (Good luck to you on that.) Haha. If I'm your bestfriend, I wouldn't feel that you copycat my idea, just tell me so I won't be having that thought after I saw the mob at your wedding too. :) Good luck on your wedding. :)

I am now searching in youtube and looking for the right songs to be cropped. I want all the fast dancing songs so that the guests will enjoy watching us.

Well, I want to do it but now I am still gathering and looking for friends who want to do it with me, the more the better. It won't look interesting if there's just a few people dancing I think.

I say do it anyway! Many people are doing flash mobs at their wedding because YouTube made it popular. Your friend didn't create the idea for flash mobs, she was copying off of something she saw as well. So why can't you do the same? You say that she can do what she wants, are you not allowed to do what you want as well?

I have this feeling that if I do that then people (my friends, because she is the first, then other will say that I copied her style.
I hope that this will go smoothly... I will do it if many frends that I invite willing to make this happen.
