It helps you to control the pressure, maintaining it at a good level.
Think of Panadol maybe, it's suppose to reduce your temperature when you have a fever.
But it doesn't mean that if you take a few more, your body temperature will drop tremendously.
Our body work is a very strange way where some cannot be explain.

I wouldn't be shocked to hear that. Though I dont think it would affect those with low blood pressure, I would just assume that if your eating a lot of vegies you are getting a lot of nutrients and since they are so filling you are prolly eating less of the bad stuff.
I think vegies would return your body to a homeostatic state, that is that your body would return to a prime working condition rather than go in the other direction, especially since high blood pressure is generally caused by your arteries blocking off, so if you can unblock them you would return to a normal state (rather than go down more)

It will help a lot if we eat fruits and vegetables as well as regular check up. It will help maintain our optimum level.

Try eating dark chocolate. It has been proven to lower blood pressure. The darker the chocolate the better.
