Please who can give some advice to lose weight

Well, I understand how you concern with you chubby face.
I must say you have an ideal weight for your body - but if we talk about face, then it will be anything else than the body. Your round face may be because your jaw structure/ cheek bone structure or maybe because your fat in your cheek. Some people do not gain weight in their tummy , arm , thigh, and some of them in their cheek.
If it because of your fat in your cheek , you should excercise your face every day. You could search the tutorial throgh youtube, or maybe you could simply do facial accupunture . I heard one of my friend successfully "removed" her chubby cheek by facial accupunture..
But then if you have problem with the jaw / facial bone, you could maybe do a oralmaxxilofacial surgery . Such as BSSO , genioplasty ( for people who has a big chin) , or you could wear dental braches .
How do you know it is from dental/jaw/fat? Please go to orthodontist or plastic surgeon , you could ask them to do x-ray for you . The common x-ray used by orthodontis to know your facial profile is cephalometric projection . But finally it dependes on the expert's diagnose , then they would consider the best examination and standart operation procedure for your case

You have the ideal weight according to your height, you don't need to lose weight, may be you can do toning exercises, so that you can look the way you want:)

If you have baby cheeks, i mean fluffy cheeks, you can search exercise for face,
Like for thinning the chin,you can move your mouth like a fish does while having food. For thinning cheeks you can close your mouth and then suck the air that is already in your mouth repeatedly.

Your Body Mass Index is 21.5 which is well within the 'normal weight' range of 18.5–24.9. You do not need to and should not lose weight.
You cannot do anything about the shape of your face except to accept it and work with it by styling your hair and, perhaps, by learning to use make-up correctly.

The website www.livestrong.com can help you alot. Also drinking alot of water daily to get rid of toxins and impurities out of the body. Eat five or six small meals or snacks daily to keep the metabolism at peak preformance. Try to stay away from white flour, sugar and starchy foods.

You can lose weight, however you are definitely not overweight. In order to reshape your face, you will need to do exercises. This is what I learned from my boyfriend, who guides me on my journey of becoming healthier and changing my appearance. I, too, want to change how my face looks. When I was younger, and skinnier, my face looked the same. I asked my boyfriend about this and he told me exercising is the key. I've been looking into this, although I'm not sure yet which exercises to do, but it does indeed seem that people who exercise change greatly in their appearance, even in their face. More so than when a person just loses weight.
The exercises I do are basically anything I can do at home, in the comfort of my room. Squats, weight-lifting, push-ups, etc. It will take time and effort to see progress, but it's definitely worth it if you keep it up. :)

What I worry is I can't carry on exercising.In fact I know exercising is a godd way to solve my problem

First of all, we'll consider the fact the you are very thin. Logically speaking if you will go on diet and just want to make your face look thin well good luck to your body. If you are very thin I think you will become very very very thin when that happens. My suggestion is try building muscles, go to gym, lift some heavy objects so that your body will be proportioned with your face. In this case, your face will not look so fat. This is based on what I understand your situation.
