night01watcher Sadly, I am doing all of the above for 7 months now.... I should have lost around 20 kgs but managed to lost only 5-6 kgs, I guess body types also add alot to your weight loss process

night01watcher Yes you are right, that may be the cause. But i have been seeing the nutritionist as well since August. She says its better to lose weight slowly and never put it back on than to lose weight quickly and get fat again. But she hasn't put me on any medications...
