What Is My Purpose for You? & Your Purpose for Me?

I only want to know "What are you using me for (particularly here on myLot)? and/or What do you intend to be used for (here on myLot)? I really don't want to get into the 'What's God's purpose for Man'-idea, except as you see it is manifested here.
I was watching Bishop T.D. Jakes "The Potter's Touch" the other day, and he was giving/starting-to-give a sermon-series about 'Serving a Bigger Purpose' (I don't remember whether that's the "name" of the sermon-series).
He told about some comedian's biography he was watching (I think it was Cedric the Entertainer, but it might of been another one of 'that type of comedian'). The comedian tells about how he was sitting with his mom when she was crying, and how they were watching Bill Cosby on the TV, and how she stopped crying and started laughing, and how it was then that the comedian decided that he would dedicate his life to helping people stop crying the same way Bill Cosby helped the mom.
Bishop Jakes related another story, about how--when he was being attacked by critics in the media (dealing with past scandals in the film-industry etc.)--he met a woman who described the entire goal of his ministry when she told him three simple words: "It's about us."
She told him how she was in intensive care in what turned out to be a failed pregnancy, how she lost the life that had died in her womb, how she was also near death because of it, and how the only thing that kept her from quitting this life was Bishop Jakes' "The Potter's Touch" on the television.
That reassured him that he's NOT in the television-ministry to make his critics like him, to change their minds about him or about God, to get more-famous; he's in the television-ministry for US---the sick, the injured, the unfulfilled, the unsatisfied, etc.
To see what you're 'wherever you are' for, maybe you should ask yourself, "What is my purpose?" (similar to Old Testament Joseph's "Whom do you serve?" but a step further---"What is the command that your Master has given you-specifically?")

Of course, myLot is only 'the parchment'; it's just lifeless paper without your words to quicken it to the eyes of your fellow myLotians!
I think of what Lord Jesus Christ says about 'us' (His brothers-&-sisters): that--in the kingdom of Heaven (which is within each of our hearts)--we are like angels (I guess that means we are unconcerned with how we look to others who see us, except that they know we are each doing our duty for the Kingdom).
Thinking of all of y`all's purposes, I kinda feel like Charlie (of Charlie's Angels), and I bet the webmasters here feel that way even more---where--though each of us 'Angels' may have some 'special ability' or another--we all serve the same general purpose (as Charlie's Angels 'save the day,' so we 'enliven each other's writings here')!

Serve the country is just a joke in many people's opinion.Yeah do you know many people in my country appreciate U.S very for the strong institutions. In my country many people even can't afford to see a doctor and many children can't afford to go to the school. Many lovers break up because the man can't afford to purchase a house(In my country the house is very costly.A house at the edge of a big city where there is nothing may cost more than 2300 dollars per square metre of land. The parents inluence the children much about their life.Even it's the parents that decide who their daughter will marry. So some parents will not allow their doughter marry a man who can't afford a house ).Based the reasons mentioned above, many people think it a joke to serve the goverment.

I'm sorry it seems like I was talking about serving the country, government, or 'money' (known as 'filthy lucre'). The closest thing I can think of is 'serving the Kingdom of Heaven' (in which every person is a priest, one who makes sure each of his fellow priests is paid-for to be worthy of his position.)
I'm sorry you think money has the power you ascribe to it.
You're right that it is a joke to serve the government; the government is just a tool used to keep the people calm, and the country is just a category-classification the people use to count other people.

The command that the Master has given to me specifically is to trust Him. I have been learning and relearning that for a long time. My purpose is to do whatever He asks of me. I still fail far too often but I'm working on it.
As to what purpose you have to me, I suspect it's to make me think. Many of your discussions (like this one) make me dig into my head and find an honest answer instead of a quick one.

An old high-school friend once told me, "Jay, you were always an Odinsman (a disciple/follower/studier of the way of Odin, chief god of Valhalla)." I think he's also the god of books & learning (& wisdom? or maybe I'm paying too much "homage" ), so I think this is a good place for me online.
