I see my ex again today, didn't I miss her

Actually, my ex tried to contact me several times on the past couple of months, and I always found an excuse to reject her, and refuse to see her. I always make myself busy, or pretend to be busy to avoid her. Until today, as I promised that I will bring her the DVDs she wanted to watch, and I saw her again. Actually, our conversation was brief, and I thought that I won't miss her, but after I saw her, didn't I miss her. And my heart got soft that easily. A brief conversation, and I gave her those DVDs she wants to see. We both said "goodbye", and she will either call me or text me. On my way home, I did cry a bit, and maybe I still miss her somehow. But I understood what is bygone is bygone. I just have to let it go. Sometimes, it is hard to handle your past, especially someone you once in love with.

you cried a little because you still love her or still have such feeling on her,sometimes we can say that we didn't miss or no longer love that person but when we see them our heart will speak that oh i miss you,but of course bygone is bygone and you have to let it go the feeling you have now for her.

So you still love her, a bit. I think you haven't move on yet. It will take some time. If you feel it will be hard for you to move on, I think you opt to stop communicating with her untul such time that thinking about her wouldn't make you feel sad. i wish you well.

Since you now met her I guess it was the right time for you to do so.
Although I wonder why she is using you to see some dvd's.
Past is past.. learn from it, use it and go on with your life.

You still love her.... I ran into my ex yesterday and I was so heart broke like you. :( I know how you feel. But you have to be strong :)
