The BIN price is $300,000 and the auction has 8 days to run. Of interest is the marked upward trend in reported profits from April 2012 against the background of a far steadier rise in revenue. It suggests that, in April, the owner made some radical changes to reduce outgoings and overheads in preparation for the sale.
The owner says that he "spends 3-4 hours per day reviewing new content, answering inquiries from the authors, and paying the authors." and that he "is selling the site in order to focus on other projects."

The owner has done some great work as far as keeping the site strong. I hope the new owner will keep the site the way it is. I like the new look the site has, its much easier to navigate now. I haven't noticed any drop in earnings so I hope that doesnt happen with the new owner, if it does I might have to take my work somewhere else.

The owner believes everything should transition smoothly, but my fear is the new owners will try to lower the rate of revenue share in an attempt to improve his own profits.
