i think it is dangerous if you post a picture or content under th copyright laws and you declare these are yours so on these terms you can break the copyright...so in many cases you describe the source or asking directly to the source of the content if you can post their copyrighted contents..

No.
Well, it shouldn't be; but with this new copyright-protection policy, your IP might mess up your connection if you get caught

Since your are getting money for what you are posting,it would be a violation of copyright.Only the real owner has the right to use it for Comercial purpose.
Some people edit the watermark imprinted on the pic, using photo editing programs, but its morally wrong,it would be like stealing, even though you might never get sued,I would not recommend that either.
You can search for free to use pics here from this webpage

Ask the owner if you may use the picture and tell them what you want to use it for. It he/she says that you may, then you can post it giving credit to the owner. If you cannot find the owner or they say you may not use it, then you leave yourself open to being charged with breaking copyright. That can be very expensive, where ever you live.

You should first have a consent to post or to use it in any means. For example, Apple sued Samsung because some functions of Apple's iPad has been copied by Samsung's Galaxy Tab. It is actually the same for photos or any other art works of others.
