i am full of stress this morning

i am bombarded with this negative thought this morning. i feel so stressed i feel like hopeless in my life. so i tried to clean the house and do a lot of things and stop using the computer. and after a while , my mind feels so relax and the negative thoughts seemed replaced with positive feelings. so i am back to being active online.
my plan is to stop being online if i will this stress and negative thoughts. i am making cleaning my house my own therapy. and it is working wonders. hope anyone being stressed see the value of cleaning our own place and our personal stuff. it helps me more than any thing.

lol I get negative thoughts when I try to clean my house :P I feel happy when I am using internet or doing nothing. I guess its different for every one

It's really different.
Personally, I sometimes feel the need to be alone or sleep all day.
There are also times I don't want to be online and just wanna do some household chores to help me relax and exercise a bit.
People differ from one another. It can also depends on the circumstances that may arise. It really depends. We may never know. :)

Happy to hear that you already get out of the sad feelings and being active. I wanna say it's normal for us to have some moments like that. I'm also sort of that, sometimes being negative and feeling nothing new and fresh anymore. But that's ok, for you know after a while you do something to distract your attention from it. You would feel good and i agree with your way to ease this stress and negative thoughts. I also had the same experience and it's really useful. Do something can make you feel you're useful. And that's a good way to kill unhappy moments. Happy to share with you.

yes it has been like a daily thing for me to fight these negative thoughts. but because i do have lots of problems personally. but i try to find those negative thoughts and try to have hope in my heart and in my thoughts always.

just try to focus more and dont ever lose the plot and be so worried about silly things to make you upset.thats all and you will be fine

yes. change of work from computer to cleaning the house is a good change and it relieves of stress, You feel happy after cleaning a portion of the house and you feel you are doing a good job,

That's a great things to do when you feeling stress in life. Indeed! make yourself busy with something that will help you to forget or feel the negative thoughts. I usually did that when I feel uneasy.

Good for you. For me it's the gardening that relieves my stress away. The moment I touched the soil, planting something or replanting, I suddenly feel relaxed. It's such a great joy.

I'm glad to know that dong some household chores will help us feel relax. You know, until now I could not anymore clean my house for 5 months because of my present work situation. Well, I miss cleaning my house too. Hopefully, I could go home already.

Hi,
We all know that we should be positive in any difficult situation but It is not always possible. Sometimes our mined fill with negative thoughts. But we should overcome this situation. Your idea of engaging yourself in cleaning work is very nice. It means when we are stressful we should try to do the work which is our favorite and we can forget our worries and strains.

At the end of the work day, I clean the office before I go home and it is amazing that it relaxes me so that the stress I got during the day is left behind. Yes I understand how cleaning the house can get rid of the stress for you and I agree it helps me too.

It will pass, don't worry. keeping ourselves busy draws away our attention from negative thoughts. When I am stressed I go out. I window-shop or eat out. I stay away from the people around our house because they give me more stress. Topsy-turvy surrounding also makes me feel irritable. Sometimes,I do the things you do like cleaning the house to make myself busy.
