Music is good on everyone no matter what we encounter any difficulties. This plays very important part in our life. Especially in the morning and also through my whole day's work. This really works. What about you guys, music lover?

Music is best thing to reduce stress. It even helps me in studying. I always listen to music when I want to study. It's the only way for me to study because music distract me from listening to other sound like people talking which I will absolutely get distracted. So, I will always listen to music when I study and also when I'm sad, annoyed and so on. :)

Music could relax and soothe are mood that might reduce the stress that we have.
I used to have background music while working at the office.I used to sing with the songs as well especially when I know the lyrics lol.Indeed, music is part of our everyday life.

Yes music is a great stress reliever. When I am writing or working i enjoy instrumental music. On the other hand when I am doing other jobs I prefer more lively music or pop songs from when I was a teenager lol. When I am angry at somebody or something I then like to play 'strong' types of music such as Linkin Park, Avril Lavigne. So the mood affects it all.

I listen to music all the time. It would be a nightmare if I lived or worked somewhere that no music was heard.

Definitely. I am kind of a person that's love to listen to music. It makes my life so meaningful and some of music helps me too to reduce stress. Music sometimes let me remember some happy moments in my life, music really plays very important part of our life :) I LOVE MUSIC...

yeah you are right.music does the same to me.music has this quality by nature but man should not always dependent on music.there are alsomany other ways to reduce stress like comedy on tv or fiction or reading a novel or playing a game or doing some physical work.

To reduce stress with music i think depends on people personality and characters.Music can helps people to reduce stress and music can make stress for someone.For me music is being fun in the morning to make me more spirit with that day.And at night for me music can make me comfort and warm with instrument from kitaro.The kind of music is depends on age and people characters.

I love listening to upbeat music to inspire me in writing here on mylot. Sometimes I listen to music just so I could cry. It's good for cleaning the eyes.

Music help me reduce my tensions and uplift my mood as well:). Sometimes,i feel like crying so i listen to sad music and it helps me revive. When I am in a good mood, i listen to hip-hop music, when I am frustrated I listen to Hard Rock, Metal Rock :)

indeed! music is my friend everytime I study. In fact, there are researches saying that music can help our brain cells work properly thus, making us alert and active.
