I think you should ask your friend and elaborate the explanation that if your phone has no camera then you will be loser? Why is camera really necessity on your phone as always? Ask your friend if he can provide you additional cost so that you can buy the mobile phone with camera. If you are a kind of person who is being carried away of what is new trend then chances are you would really feel the inferiority that you don't have this and that to the extent that you feel you are loser even that is not true. But if you are a person who knows how to project yourself, confident enough and fight for what you believe is right then even if your phone is an old model of a long time ago then your friend won't even treat such a loser. Maybe he is the one who is loser because he is particular in new trend then it will come to a point that when he can't afford to have it then he would feel inferior. That is so wrong friend. You don't have to waste money just to follow what is always new. JUST BE YOURSELF!

What?I have never heard the cell phone whithout Camera,but I deem that there is not relationship between camera and looser.For someone who don't like taking pictures ,the device of the cell phone is only adornment.So if you like the phone without camera ,please just get it .Follow your own course, and let people talk.

I don't think you are a loser if you don't have a mobile phone that has a camera. What if you just don't want your phone to have a camera on it, it's your preference not your friends. I think most of the mobile phones on sale now a days has camera, maybe there are a few brands that still makes no camera phones, but they are very limited.

I've heard that the trend now is that if your mobile does not have TWO cameras, then you are truly a loser! Hehehe :) I hope they won't make it to three cameras too soon. Seriously, we all have to be our own man - we have to be able to know what is right and wrong. We can not be swayed easily by whatever people is saying. We have to be able to think independently. Only by acquiring knowledge that we will know what is the truth and what is not. Having a camera in your mobile is handy but it will cost more than a plain phone. Buy according to your budget and your needs. If you really need a camera phone but are short of cash, then save more and buy later.

I don't think that one is a loser without having a cell phone with a camera. It depends on one's preference whether to have one such or not. I have an ordinary one bought in 2009. Though it has a camera, its pixels is low. Now I have got a smart phone, a much better one than the previous one. But I am used to the old one and I am still using it. I use them both with the new one for wifi and the old one for making calls. This way I won't be charged for paying to surf on the Internet. Take care.

I wanna start by saying your friend is wrong... I like having everything separate... I don't listen to music on my phone, I don't play games on my phone, I don't watch videos on my phone & I don't like taking pictures on my phone... Sometimes because of my work, it's more convenient to use the camera on my phone but I wouldn't use it for personal use... That's why I have a separate camera & iPod...

Don't listen to them. First of all, the main function of a phone is for communication, not taking pictures. Yes, it's nice if the phone has a camera and it can be useful at times but even if a phone has many awesome features yet it can't make/receive calls and texts or its battery life is short, then I'd say that's pretty useless. My cellphone is quite old. It has no camera or any modern features and I've had it for 6 years but is always reliable. You buy yourself a mobile phone that you like and don't mind what people say. After all, it's not them who's going to use that phone, it's you.

I don't think that a person is a loser if they don't have a camera on their phone. In fact, I would not have a camera on my phone if I was able to get a phone without a camera that still had all of the other features that I want to have in my cell phone. The reason for this is that I simply do not think that the cameras on phones have a very high quality and I would much rather have a point and shoot camera that I can carry everywhere with me.

Well each of us people have different attitude and different way of thinking. Most of your friends like capturing the photos and this is the reason why they tell so. If you are found or in need of a mobile camera phone then go for it and if not just cop up with what you need.

Well, I do have a cellphone with a camera but I seldom use it and it's just a waste of money. If you can't afford it, don't buy it! If you buy it and you end up in debt, then I will say "You're a LOSER!" Disregard all of your friends comments for all we know, they are the "TRUE LOSER". You look handsome in your pic, just be yourself, a mobile phone with camera will not give you a GF. .

I still use an old model of Nokia phone without camera. And it works for me just fine. For me, mobile phone is for texting and calling. As long as i can do those with my phone, i'll be fine. I also have a digital camera for taking pictures. If your friend thinks that way, let him be. But don't let it affect you. Have a nice day. :)

Hello my friend. I just want to tell you the "truth". That the real loser is your friend or the people that tells you you're a loser because you don't have a cam mobile. The main purpose of having a mobile phone is for communication. The manufacturers just added those cams and internet things so that they can attract many consumers but again those consumer's use their mobile devices mainly for communication. In one of your post here I've read also that nobody will like you specially girls if you don't have cam mobile? That's not true man. If only you would be a good person and just show who you are and be true to your self, there's no need for a camera. Cameras are invented to capture great moments or lovely memories. Cameras are not invented to capture one's heart to like us.

Smart people choose a phone to fit their needs and budget..if you don't want a camera or need a camera,buying a more expensive phone just for bragging rights of it being more expensive or better specified,if you'd never use the functions,including a camera,THAT would make you a loser...

My two roommates have cell phones without cameras... Of course, they'd be pretty useless to the totally blind one, now wouldn't it?

Your friends who told you that you are a loser if you own a phone without camera think that material things define your worth as a person. They are not the only ones who have that idea and many people compete all the time, because they want to have the newest, the best or the most expensive things. I never understood people who think that way. I have a phone with camera, but I got that type of phone much later than my friends, because it wasn't important to me get a phone with camera. I was perfectly happy with my old and less advanced phone. When my old phone broke down I finally bought a cellphone with camera.

Good day Tushavi, With reference to your topic, for me a person is not a looser if he or she doesn't have the mobile with a camera on it. Perhaps, the budget is not sufficient enough to buy a cellphone with this add-ons. Or maybe, the camera is not truly useful so it is not a priority one.

Wow! That is cheap here a used phone with a camera is $150 - $900. I currently have a Blackberry Smartphone, but before I had older phones until my contracted allowed me to upgrade (and get a free phone). I didnt have a camera, and noone said anything some people would comment. But if you simple cant afford it, then save and gather up for what you really want.
