Fish is good for women.

My mom always tell me to eat more fish and it is good for our health. That's why i found gradually it is so delicious. Once i tried to eat fish every day for continiously 5 days when i was a student. What about you guys?

I love fish, actually I love any seafood as long as I don't have to eat them raw lol! My husband though isn;t really a fan of fish. He doesn't like anything that's either fishy to the taste or smell.

Seafood makes us clever and ever with different types of fresh meat. I have a friend who is also not a big fan of fish,what a pity.

Fish is the best meat among the group. They have less cholesterol, healthy omega 6 and tasty too. However we hardly eat fish nowadays as it is relatively more expensive compared to chicken. There are many recipe to cook fish, can fry, can steam, cook curry, grill and many more ways.

Hi Iriene. Especially fresh fish gives me good taste and i just so love it. I suppose different type of cooking gives us creations to make it tasteful. While, chicken is also good for us.

Fish is important for everyone. Eating fish can help to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia as well as stroke. No, these health benefits do not extend out to eating other forms of seafood; it is fatty fish, such as salmon, that help offer this sort of protection. That isn't to say, though, that other forms of seafood aren't healthy--simply that they haven't been shown to help stave off dementia. I do try to get at least some fish (usually, salmon) in my diet each week. The rest of the time, I generally follow a vegetarian diet--with lots of veggies, whole grains and fruit.

There is a research that saying japanese people are getting longer life span, and that may due to there reasons of eating fish. I love its tastes and all about it. By the way, a vegetarian is also great.

Fish is good for both men and women. Specially tuna which is good for the heart. Fish contains protein which we need for tissue repair. Too bad for me I don't like eating fish.

We really need to eat sea foods, since iodine is essential for us. It can prevent having goiter.

That's true, what i also know is that fish also help people prevent getting old to some extent. It is also delicious to eat. So definitely one of my favourite.

I am still eating fish until now and my favorite is shrimp *Yum yum yum!!! Delicioso!!!!* Hikhikhik That I have to bring that in office and make it my lunch :)

I believe it is a good idea to bring in the office coz during work is tired and eating something that is fresh gives you energy.lol,good for you to eat.

Fish has always been my favorite dish, especially fish soup and fried fish and spicy fish. My father used to tell us to eat more fish as it contains calcium that we need for our body. I buy fish very often for my wife to cook. It does taste delicious to me. Take care.

I am a fish lover , but no one tell me it was any better than chicken or other meats . I would not eat any food continuously days behind days . I have to have variety

Why only for women not good for man but I not eat it so I dont know about it. Ohh God daily eating but you are habitual then no problem and if your mother saying then good for health because she has more experience than you.

I love fish...but I wouldn't eat it everyday. A couple times a week is good for you. I usually make salmon or trout. My favorite is fresh lake perch its so good! My favorite was the fresh fish we ate on vacation in Costa Erica, it was incredible!
