life and aging

I am glad that u have put up this discussion. i think getting born and dying are the two permanent things on earth that no body can change. Lets not think about our aging process for it will definitely bring lots of fear and tensions in our mind. Life is short, certain and predictable. In fact we should be grateful to God for giving us a human birth and we should all make the most out of it. Aging is a natural process and we cannot stop it rather accept this reality humbly. What say?
