Speaking of drinking beers, do you do it occasionally or frequently? I must admit that during my younger years, I am not much a beer drinker. Every Saturday nights, my group used to gather for "bar hopping." We moved from one bar to another, looking for live bands while sipping up the cocktails or light beers. If it is out of the budget, we jammed in a certain place, described as "house warming". For this kind of random lifestyle, it was inevitable to have "beer gut". It is well-known, as "beer belly". There is also a point that, I tucked my tummy belly to hide the fats (chuckled). I am concerned about being fit as a fiddle, in front of all the people I know. You may not believe this, but it is totally difficult to breathe in and chest out, while the shirt is tucked-in (chuckled). I don't want to be seen having "b" shaped figure at side view. That's what I am thinking of. The course of action, do curl ups to make the abs as flat as pancake. Those were the old days, no regrets for being young. But now, I still do drink alcohol in a moderate manner. How about you? Are you a heavy drinker?
