Very belly

It is really hard to lose fats especially those around your waist and in the abdominal area. I mentioned before that running is one effective way to lose weight and abdominal fats. However, exercising can really be a rigorous task for most of us.
Can you share some tips on how to lose those "love handles" in an easier way?

Pogi, why don't you try putting binders in them. This is how I lost those big tummy and love handles I used to have. When I do exercise I wear my binders and even if I am at home I wear them too. If you can find binders that will aid you in getting a thinner belly, I know there are for sale somewhere on these things, do it. It really helped me a lot. I am on the chubby side but my friends are amaze that I do not have big tummy. Maybe it will help you...

expect what they had said upside,you can and some abdominal massage before you fall asleep and get up.I do it evry day it has some effect to me.And it is easy,just made dedoubles aroud yournavel hope it can holpe you.

Losing the love handles won't be that easy,but there are effective ways.What I did was first to control my diet.I took loads of proteins and little of carbohydrate and only essential fatty acids.All other fat item are totally out of my diet.I took meals at about 5 times a day with regular intervals and at small quantities.This was accompanied with regular exercise such as running and most of all the abdominal crunches and related ab exercises that you will get over the internet.There will be no use of running and working out so hard if you don't get the fat out of your diet.If you need some muscle building,you will need extra proteins.Carbohydrates no matter how much you take will be balanced by your exercises.But the fat will drain out the entire hard-work.In short-avoid fat and do your exercise.

hi,
that is true,once you have the very belly its really hard to remove it especially when you are lazy in terms of exercising,that is why i am avoiding that my belly turn to large or very belly person,sometimes i do seat up in the morning when i wake up.

I agree, binders help best when diet alone fails. I had a co-worker who gave birth. After giving birth she wore her binder for months I think. Then She lost her big tummy and went back to her pre-pregnancy figure.:D
