I am tired ... What about you?

It's just half of the day and I am tired already. I started the office works early so I could accomplish a lot. My expertise is badly needed today but I feel so tired already. How could I be useful later if I am tired now? After lunch I'll take a little longer nap and eat some fruits. I hope that would help me gain some more energy. The day isn't over yet. maybe too much paper work and talking that I did drain my energy. I need to recharge soon. What about you friends? What do you do to recharge soon? Do you eat fruits, like what I'll do later? Or do you drink energy drinks to boost a temporary surge of energy needed? Have a great day!

Hi, again leateagee! You hit the nail on the head. I drink energy drinks to get a little boost. But I take lots of vitamins as well. The energy drinks are kind of a backup once in a while. Many people say that a short nap - 1/2hr to an hour - is very energizing. I have tried that but once I go to sleep I can't get up again. I sleep for 7-8 hours! I take B Complex, magnesium and iron every day for energy and general health. A good energy booster is cayenne. I have that in capsules. Watermelon and almonds are good sources of magnesium. Also, supplements of Rhodiola, Maca Root & Ashwagandha are good for energy and also other things. I take those sometimes. The Rhodiola is very good. So, that's what works for me.

Good for you! There are many ways to boost our energy level but energy drinks for now is a no-no for me. Sorry for teh late reply, I was too busy. But I'm aking sure to be able to reply to all! Thanks for responding!

Hello friend Monday is a very busy day for me. It's good to keep a positive attitude while doing a lot of works int the office. I also enjoy eating fruits and vegetables to gain more energy. Taking a nap for 15-20 minutes is good but I tried to use my vacant time in mylot.:) I don't drink energy drinks maybe coffee will help.:) What a productive day for you..:) Hope you already gain your energy..

Thanks. I did took a nap and drank lots of liquid but not coffee. I am pregnant so I try to avoid coffee for now. But I love coffee so much. I only replied today because I was very occupied for the past few days.

Thank you for your reply:) Oh! Yeah drinking coffee is not good. Stress also is not good fro you so I guess you have to take good care of your self and to your baby..:)

I usually wake up tired and get progressively more sleepy as the day progresses. I sometimes think the day is too long and would much prefer a one lasting about 12 hours. That way we could have twice as many days and more time to sleep. I am sure I have time for a quick nap before you reply.

Wake up tired? Seriously? Well, I gave you a lot of time to nap ... sleep before I noticed this. You should get longer sleep.

If I feel tired already, I will take a short nap after lunch. This way I could be able to recharge and continue with my work again.

hi leateagee, yup i also get tired sometime in the middle of my working day. Well, need to wake up early and got to have that strength we need for our jobs. So breakfast is really important. I also took my vitamins such as vit C and drink a lot of water. Whew, love fruits that much :-) You have a great day too,..cheers

I used to feel very tired after taking lunch in my office. I simply would shut my eyes for 10-15 minutes and then just walk around a bit to feel energised again.
