I usually do a fruit salad from the ready mix canned brands.Now,I do not used it any more because it does not do good to my body systems.I used instead fresh fruits that are newly sliced and prepare for mixing.My prepared mixtures are papaya,mango,dragon fruit,kiwi fruit,and bananas.Sometimes if it is very ripe,I have to shake it because my mother prefers it like that.She doe not like to chew it but only drinks it.

You can try it even if you just mixed papaya and bananas it is still good for the body.

Well fruit salad is the best possible nutritious and healthy food item that a human being can take as it provides the best mixture of vitamins and nutrients that are vital for our immune system. To be very honest, fruit salads of all varieties are always better and they cannot be distinguished as all are healthy and crucial for us. But still i love the combination of apples, bananas, grapes and guavas. It is very much healthy as well as delicious also.

I love fruit salads and I make it often at home.Sometimes I just cut up whatever fruit is there at home and also add some vegetables like cucumber,tomatoes and carrots and make a mixed salad , add some salt pepper,dash of lime juice and it is like a meal.
But when You have to serve it as a dessert, you can cut up any seasonal fruits like mangoes,apples,strawberries, add some sugar and serve it with either cream or sweetened yogurt which tastes really great ! all the best and have a great day

Hello akagami! I love fruit salad. It's one of my favorite desserts. We blend some cheese when we make this at home. It's very delicious. Wish we could make one this coming weekend. hehe...

apple,cram berry grope,orange and some other fruit.

I like a mix of fresh fruits. sweet and sour. with jelly and mosterd :)

I like to use pineapple,red grapefruit,grapes,orange,apple,peaches,and bananas in one type of fruit salad I make.use whipping cream or plain yougurt to give it some sauce.

I prefer my fruit salad without any toppings or sauces. Just cut up melon, apples, berries, grapes, whatever is in season and on hand. Once you get out of the habit of "dressing up" your fruit with sugar or sauces, you don't miss it at all. You might even find that anything but fruit detracts from the natural "wonderfulness" of the raw fruit!

I like fruit salad, too. I often make it by meself at home. I always go to supermaket to buy two bananas, two apples, half a kilogram of strawberries and a bottle of yoghourt. Cut bananas and apples into small pieces, and cut strawberries into half. Then put bananas, apples and strawberries into a large bowl. Finally, slowly add yoghourt while whisking continuously. My self-made fruit salad completes.
