Amandaputri1133 Our metabolism. It's slow down when we reach 30. I experienced it. I get tired sooner than before. And need axtra effort in gym to reduce the belly fat :(

Amandaputri1133 Hi.. thanks for sharing. To have a good quality of sleep, you should feel relax. Aside thoughts and problems. Reading or listening music could help get relax. Or talk to friends or family. Have a nice sleep.
