When I was still single I am blessed to have a very nice body but when I got married, my size doubled! When I had my eldest daughter I gained ten pounds and now that I just had my son, I gained even more. I don't know what to do anymore. I tried every diet imaginable. I admit I am lazy to exercise but is there anything that I can do? I am really desperate to lose weight.

Day 1 eat nothing, drink what you like provided it contains no sugar
Day 2 eat whatever you like
repeat
Not only will you loose weight but you will reduce you risk of contracting a whole range of diseases including heart problems and cancer

Me neither, I hope this isn't a sick joke or something. but as crazy as it seems, i will try this and make sure that works. I thought exercise is supposed to help work out on your problems, i surely don't want to risk something like this because you never know what could happen. i hope urban you have some links that support your (joke..errr sorry) claim.

The way to lose weight is to reduce the amount of calories you eat each day and do some exercise. You don't have train like an olympic athlete, but if you want a long happy healthy life then you need to do something that gets you sweating and raises the heart-rate a few hours a week. But mainly the calorie counting to lose weight, and be patient. If you aren't going to exercise, or at least not much, then you may only lose a pound or two a week. Good luck!

Thanks for the ideas Orson. I Dont have time to exercise or I ma just lazy, I don't know but you are right, the only way to do it is with proper exercise and diet and sad to say a little time away from mylot! hahaha

As what you have mentioned, you are really lacking exercise. As far as I know, there are medical supplements known as carbohydrate blockers that offers you weight reduction without worrying on your food intake. It acts as blockers for your body to minimize the carbohydrates consumption.

Hi friend, sad to hear about this, but most of the woman lost their structure after giving birth to their kids. My wife is exemption in this sort, after our marriage, she is in average weight, after giving birth to our first son, she reduced her weight a little bit. Now we have two sons and my wife got a slim look, but she is having belly due to the surgery

your wife is very lucky. I wish I had a body structure like that. I am really on the chubbier side but I can improve this.. I am now determined with all your positive comments and suggestions, I think I can make it.

After having children its so normal to gain weight.but that doesnot mean that you cannot be in shape.but it will be very hard to regain your earlier shape.thats next to impossible i think if you have gained so much.you can try to have a healthy beauty.do weekly fast.as during fasting your body uses fat stored in the body.and during fasting try to intake only liquid diet.as one of user suggested drink water before taking your meal it will help you in eating less.add more salad in your meal.avoid taking fat.these are common things one can suggest.but you know exercise makes difference a lot.be active to do some exercise daily after all its your body.and fit body is not only necessary for beauty but also it will help you to lead a healthy life as you get old.

Hello ferianneful! What was very useful to me was to br3astfeed, because I just lost lot of weight. With my first daughter I lost 10 pounds of my average single weight. With my second son, I just got my average weight. And with our third son, I was 14 pounds over my average.
Since I have never ever diet, because I don´t have to courage, I love to exercise as soon as I could. I entered many races, and indeed two full marathons of 42 kms and one triathlon! And I love healthy meals.
I think you should find the best thing for you!

Mine to gain weight is so fast, and to loose weight is so slow. To be on my average, since my smallest kid was bornt passed almost 7 years. But I had to wait til he was on school and I had time for my own, and go a house helper, because I had nobody´s help. We moved to this town 10 years ago without relatives.
I think that anguish and distress also help´s me to be overweighted, and I found at exercise a way to relax.

Thanks for that. You are right circumstances and daily stress contributes a lot of getting weight after childbirth. Stress makes us want to eat more and exercise less. I hop I can really find the motivation to exercise but it makes me feel good to know that I'm not alone in this dillema of mine. Have a nice day too dainy! I will add you as my friend here. :)

We just have to have a regular exercise and control food intake. I have two children and although I also gained weight but not that much. I would only take half rice during meal and I eat just enough so that I won't get hungry.

Yes, I think that will work. I tend to forget eating fruits that is why I get constipated sometimes. A glass of water will definitely make me full before a meal. Thanks a lot Kongno.

It's never too late to have diet and exercise to achieve the sexy body you once have. You just have to condition yourself that you are willing to sacrifice to achieve what you want. Eat fruits and vegetables, no meat just fish cooked in boiled refrain frying eat less carbs. Good Luck!! (",)

Well try doing some regular exercises like dancing or just by walking,because of it can burn calories, swimming is the best exercise aside from running and walking since you move all of your body parts. When it comes to food, try drinking a cup of calamansi juice purely made every morning,and afternoon that will burn some of the stored fats inside us, avoid eating carbohydrates food, like rice or bread. :)

Thanks my good friend. A lot of people told me about the calamansi thing but I am hesitant because not only is calamansi hard to find it is quite a hassle to make every moring. I told you I'm lazy hehe but thanks anyway I will buy some and see how it goes.

It is quite normal to add weight after having chilren, I think. But if you really want to lose weight, maybe you can consider it from fllowing aspects: 1.Keep a diet contains more vegatables, mushrooms, fruits, less bread, cheese, butter. Besides, milk, lean meat are needed to body,in a medium amount. 2.Start doing exercises, jogging, swinmming are ideal items, and exercise more than 1/2 hour everyday. 3. Doing jobs that require concentrations because brainworks spend lots of calories. I hope these options would help you.

Oh my god I tried Zumba this morning and I really liked it! I sweat like a pig. I think I lost some water weight. I wanna do this every morning. It's such a fun exercise you'll never get bored of. Thank you Binkee!

Actually anyone can lose weight but it takes a lot and when I say a lot I really mean a lot of will power and discipline. Think about this when a person gets older his or her metabolism rate gets lower and if he/she continues to consume as much food the excess is bound to be stored up as fat. So be disciplined and commit yourself to a strict regime of dieting and exercise. I know it's hard and sometimes you'll will be tempted to stop. But you must try it for about a month and don't give up. When you see results you'll feel motivated to continue. Perservere until you get back your 'old' figure. Have a nice day.

If you want to lose weight, exercise is a must. It;s just not diet nor healthy lifestyle but exercise as well. You can just jog around your village for thirty minutes a day and then increase the time you spend on jogging gradually. Or you can do squats while it's the commercial break on your favorite tv show. You can just jog in place for 10 minutes and do jumping jacks for 5 minutes. Incorporate a little bit of exercise in your daily routine as that will be a big help. Good luck!

Be patient and keep on exercising because its the only best way to lose weight while keep being healthy :)
Do it daily with some friends so that you will not be lazy to do that :)
I hope the best for you. I guess even though you don't have a sexy body, but at least you are still healthy its okay. Don't overdo the diet :)

I am sorry for the late response. Yes I had some overweight friends too and they don't seem to mind. They are contented with their bodies but I will convince them to exercise with me so that it'll be more fun and we can bond at the same time too. Thank you for the suggestions my friend. :)
