Do you remember the time the last letter you received?
How long haven't you wrote a paper letter?
When i was in junior high school, the most excited thing is writting and waitting letters .However, with the development of science, phone, computer are popularize everywhere.Especially the internet makes it more easier to communicate with our friends. So writting a paper letter seems out of date.
But i do want to receive a paper letter from my friends,it transmits another message.
What about you?Do you want to review the feeling of writting a paper letter?

Oh yeah :/ the last letter I've received was like 5 years ago it :/ From a penpal.. I wasn't able to receive again..When I was young I use to have a foreign penpal and it feels good reading letters from them.. When you know the paper, the ink, and the author was actually from a diff. country =] It's extra special coz of the effort.. And it traveled very long to reach you.. Just don't know if the new generations now can still experience letter sending :D

Hum,your experience is wonderful,envy,envy.....
I haven't received a letter from others or wrote one to them.
Though i want to find some penpals when i was in junior high school,it's always influenced by many external reasons, such as the address, the traffic and so on.
Because i changed few different schools to study, for my parents' job.
Now i want to send some letters ,yet there is nobody is waitting.
As for the new generations, who knows.

Hello
In this busy and high-tech world, hand written letter became obsolete. The last letter I received from a friend in Canada was last year. :).Unfortunately, I didn't receive any mails from her and not even a news from her:(.. Since we are not writing anymore I just reviewed those letters and hopefully she also do the same thing.

But everything will be ok,don't worry too much.
Now,do you write to other friends like this?

Why didn't you continue contact with each other? That's a wonderful experience,it's a little regret.
But i believe, she did the same thing as well as you, after all, that's a beautiful memory.
Though it is a obsolete way of communicating,i still want to receive some in different festival.

I do write letters, I am getting ready to write to a friend who I haven't heard from but she used to use her daughter's phone to call or text me, but hasn't for a t least a month! So I got on facebook and asked another daughter for her address. It's all rather silly since we only live about 14 miles away or so. I also write to my mother sometimes and also my sister, both out of state.. even though I talk to them on the phone pretty often.

last letter i wrote was eleven years back, which was the time my family bought me a computer. I used to write many letters specially for relatives. I didn't see it necessary to write letters which may take more time to be delivered to some one especially overseas, rather i wrote through email. recent my cousin who's twelve years old wrote me a letter, he told me about his school, teachers and friends. At the end he told me how much he miss me. Honestly, i was touched by it and realize how much concern in it. because we send and receive many letters through e-mails we lost its true value. I believe we should write letters more often to show our concern and appreciation.

Ye,only the paper letter can describe our ture feelings, and that's a memory which can be reviewed whenever you want to .
Though send email is very convernient and fast,it's easily to be igonred. When we received it,most of us may responded as quickly as possible, sometimes we even were busying do other things, hence we didn't know what is our relatives, friends real meaning, just gave a reply.
So,that's why i like paper letters so much, they can quiet me.
Thank you for sharing your daily life and have a nice day.haha

I used to write letters! But now I text or communicate by internet. I hate calling people, so texting works good for me. I do send short letters to my two elderly aunts from time to time.

I still receive and write letters to my friends. And they are friends that I met online. It started when my computer was down and the letters were the only way for us to keep in touch. So we've kind of stayed with the letters even though I've got my computer back.

Yes, i hope to review the feeling of writting a paper letter again. But i think it's very hard to realize. My friends, my colleagues are all used to communicate with each other by phone,e-mail and sending IM message. I don't think they will be willing to write letter. I think they will feel unaccustomed. Writing paper letter is very time-consuming and is not very convenient as a means of communication.
But in some occasions, people use writting paper letter for communication as before. When a man and a woman fall in love with each other, they'll prefer writting paper letter rather than e-mail, because they think writing paper letter is more romantic and can show their love more close.

It's do a romantic way to express love, and a paper letter is easily to show our honesty and true heart.
But the speed of modern life is very fast, everybody, anytime, everywhere, people are all seemed very busy.
They are busying in work, study and even in eating food.Though time past quickly,we still need to stop to see our surroundings ,to see where we are going to ,etc.
So writting a letter, how rare it is.

Hand written letters are often times the only source of communitcation in the military. I was away for 4 months this year, and three of those months were letters-only communication. And those letters are the most impoartant thing in the world. You cherish every single letter you get. I must have hundreds of letters from all the times I was away from home. I would write my fiance religious when we were gone this year. Every single day I wrote him a letter. Did not miss a day. I would write a letter every single day, and mail them off in one envelope once a week. My fiance is scheduled to leave again very soon (but we're not exactly sure when yet, we just know it should be very soon), I will write him letters. He will have access to his cell phone and the internet, but there's nothing like a handwritten letter from your loved ones when you're so far away from home for so long.

Wow,amazing,you write letters everyday.
I have to admit that the power of love is beyond our imagination.
Sometimes,it can save a person from the hell, sometimes,it can halp you overcome the harsh time.
By writting letters to show our true feelings,to tell the other one the daily life ,to share the different landscape with him, just think of it,it's a happy experience.
Best wishes to you.

For me yes, because you can really feel the effort that she give to write the letter that came to nhis heart.I think the last time that I receive a letter was in my highschool days.It came from to my crush and my bestfriend.I really appreciate the letters that they give to me,especially the letter of my crush. When I finish to read that letter I feel the feeling of full of inspiration and happiness in my heart. If I see that letter in my locker I'd still read and it gives me the memories of my highschool days. But be because of computer it makes more easier to communicate to others by just chatting in facebook and etc. Nowadays, computer are really have a big contribution in our economy and it is popular everywhere.

Ye,the progress of high-tech make a big difference in our daily life, that's why more and more people prefer to use phone, computer to keep in touch with their friends.
Hence,we are living in a society, namely so-called information time, everything is changing very fast and all the time.
When i was in high school,i received many letters every week, that's the most happy time in my life.
Just as yours,have a nice day,O(n_n)O

It is good to review in making a paper letter, but most of the people didn't want to make it for it is an old thing, right?. But we don't even think what the importance of making a paper letter, or what is in the paper letter thing. It is good for us to enhance our writing skills and our ability to think. It's been a part of our life and we cannot forget from what we have started... good day, and God Bless you!.

(*^__^*)You are right, there are so many benifits for us,why don't we stick it out?
Then people will tell you, lots of reasons to give it up,such as,it wastes time,it very inconvenient and so on.
I believe, you have the same feeling, but what i want to express is that, sometimes, when we are not very busy, wen can write a letter to our parents, our friends,or anyone who we care about. You know, this way is greater way to show our true feelings than email, make a call and text .(*^__^*) Have a nice day.

yes^^ i have a few paper letters and i keep it^^ i think some people still use that way. those that for example dont have access to internet. or those that have but want to send something special to their friends. i remember the last letter i received. it was from a guy i loved so much. but sadly he changed. so i guess what he said in the letter just meant something to him for a short time. i keep it but i dont read it anymore. i dont want to remember the sad memories.

Wow,that's a regret more or less, but just as you persuaded me,we all need to forget the past and move on.
I believe, you are very happy now,at least, this is my best wishes.
It's true that many people haven't access to internet, and some are like the feeling of writing.
The most paper letters of mine have been kept in a secret place, when i was unhappy,i read them again and again.
You know, the words from your friends can give you power whenever it is.

The last real letters I received were from soldiers I adopted from anysoldier.com. Despite the fact that we were perfect strangers, there is just something special about expressing your thoughts on paper and exchanging them with others. I miss the days of more personal communication like this. Now everything with my family and friends is email and texting.

Ye,when you communicate with a stranger, especially by writtng something on paper, that feeling is very differ from email or text.
The handwriting, the color of the paper, everything looks so beautiful and sometimes, like a dream.
Now we all use internet or phone to contact with each other,so our life lack of this kind of entertainment .

I think writing letters is a beautiful experience we should never let behind. It's easier to write a letter on the computer, but when you do it in a piece of paper with a pencil, it's more real and you transmit what you really feel in your heart at that moment. It's beautiful to receive a real letter, and it's like a treasure. The last time I received a letter was in high school. It was from a boy who liked me a lot, and I was so excited about receiving it, that I think I might still have it somewhere at home.

Haha,that's true.
When you read a letter, with the words ,our thoughts are flying.
We may wonder what's the situation when he wrote it,what's the time in his city now, what he is doing now, etc.
I like writing paper letters too,it's a feeling that you are talking with him at this moment,it seems you can hear his answer right now.
