Dark chocolates are bitter but the benefits are great. It is good for our health and also it is an enhancer of our libidos. What can you say about dark chocolates? Do you like the taste?

To be completely honest I hate dark chocolate with a passion! It smells funny and it tastes disgusting! I tried it once and I ended up spitting it out because to me it just tasted extremely yucky!

It must be an acquired taste or something, to me it just tastes dreadful!

well, i wouldn't know anything about that but i do like dark chocolate and find it is a healthy alternative to eating milk chocolate and since i started eating dark chocolate, i find that milk chocolate is too sweet for me anyways. i have heard that dark chocolate has many health benefits as well.

hi there nhieleiko. first off, welcome to mylot. just abide by the site's rules and regulations and you'll do good. for any other questions or clarifications, feel free to talk with the site admin or any of the more tenured mylotters. you'll find out that the mylot community is a helpful bunch. back to the discussion you started, i like eating dark chocolates. i actually prefer dark chocolate over the regular ones. i like its bitter after taste. between a regular chocolate, a white chocolate, and a dark chocolate, i'll definitely pick the latter over the first two. cheers and happy mylotting!!!

Indeed. The more bitter it is, the better. :) Dark chocolate is loaded with antioxidants, potassium and iron. It can also help regulate blood sugar and is good for your heart and brain -- but of course, in moderate amounts. :)

I didn't used to like dark chocolate, but have developed a taste for it. I don't eat it often, but I do like it. Not all dark chocolate is good for us, they say. It has something to do with the way it's processed, I think.
