I agree with the above comment. You can start by what your hobby is.. Well, me, I love to craft things and arts :) So I can start making some cute items or cool items and sell it online. :)

It depends on what your own individual interests and aptitudes are. To get a business up and running means being prepared to work seven days a week and all through the night if necessary. So it needs to be work that you know you can stick at, which means something you enjoy doing. Personally, I set up as a full-time eBay trader just over three months ago - I'm not making much money so far, but I'm better off than I would be if I was still unemployed. I'm enjoying the work and I know I'm in with a chance of building the business up if I can keep working at it consistently. But you have to find your own thing, what kind of work do you enjoy doing?

i think it is based on your decision you can start making the small business based on your hobbies maybe.. i give example. maybe you have hobby for travelling, and you see the travel business is the chance, you can learn from the small things about travel business and if you find that you can handle the business, you can open too new office of travel..
