Laziness

Today, when I went back to dorm room after class, I found there was so much housework reminded to be done. At first, I had to tidy my messy desk, and restored everything to its proper order. Then I should sweep the floor and mop it. After all of that were finished, it was the time to wash my clothes, shoes and something else. To be honest, it should be done in last weekend, but I put off it because of my laziness. Maybe I need to make a schedule to tell me when I should finish it.

Organization and split time, help in the completion of the work on time. But if this were many business degree who can not bear, then work should be divided by the other members of the family, or use those who help from outside the home.

Yes, we always tell ourselves that we still have a lot of time to finish those tasks. However, if we do not finishe them in time, it will be harder to finish them latter because more tasks will be accumulated.

Hi Winnie we all have these lazy spells sometimes. But well if you keep putting off what you have to do, you'd end up having more things to do and it's stressful. Time management is in order.

Yes,I can not agree more. But now, almost all of my classmates went back home to spend the 8-day holiday with their families. I think I become lazier because I do not liketo tidy up my dorm room, what's worse, I do not want to go outside to have a meal. And all I want to do is read novels all the day to kill the time.

Yes, you are exactly right. If we do not finish our tasks in time, they will pile up, and then, we can hardly finish them in a time. I find many people behave like us, and they also do not want to finish their tasks until it is too late to complete. I hope you can overcome laziness as soon as possible, and I will work hard with you:)

It is always hard when we live on our own for the first time because it makes us realise just how much work goes into running a house, and how much house work there is to do on a daily basis. The trick it to get into the habit of doing certain things at certain times and then it will just seem automatic to you. You should set one day each week to wash your clothes, one day to iron and another day to clean and tidy your room. Obviously the are other things that you should be doing every day like cooking and washing dishes, but you have to do those at the time really so that is obvious.

When we think so much work is remaining it may appear like a mountain. On the other hand when we start doing one by one they will all be completed quickly and then you can relax. these works appear to be big because we want to come online and spend time here. coming to online should also be postponed till our regular offline work is completed. it is easily said but difficult to practice.

Thank you for your advice. And I also believe that it will be helpful to do everything in regular time, because it will remind us of finishing our housework in time. But you know, it is always difficult to develop a good habit. Although I am a little lazy, I can not tolerate a messy room. Maybe I should have a try, and then make a plan.

We are always lazy .We don't want to do our task, even if we have nothing to do.We would rather sit on the chair than do our tasks.I think you need to finish your tasks by dividing your tasks into some small parts.Just like you said, you need a schedule ,I hope you can make it.

Thank you for your encouragement. I believe there are also many people can deal with their tasks in proper time, and it may because of a concrete schedule. As you said, dividing a big task into many small parts must be a very good idea, and I should do it now to overcome my laziness.

Baby, there is no maybe. I believe that you also need a schedule so that you can do everything in proper time. We always complain that there are so much homework and housework reminded to be done, and these are all because we do not make a plan to manage them properly. Anyway, if we have a proper schedule, everything will go smoothly.

Yes, you need to give priority for getting things done in piecemeal. If you accumulate things over a time then it may appear as if it is a big task. Laziness will not come when you calculate the advantages of being systematic, methodical. So much work in house was remaining for you to do because they were accumulated.
Whenever you do such tasks, switch on TV or ipod, listen to your favourite songs or sing yourself and do all the works. When one remains active throughout the day it helps. this you will know when you cross 50 years age. Now in your young age it may not be a problem to remain in one place.
Yes. schedule your works properly and get things done in a nice manner. When things are kept in their proper place you need not spend time in searching for them--for example driving licence, debit card, cell phone, pen, pencil, eraser, note books --all these should be kept in their designated place., ensure that you will be more happy.
good day.

Yes, I really think it is a big task for me to finish all of them at once. I feel tired after I get everything organized, so it is a good idea to break them into small pieces. And then, I can finish one small task at a time. Also, it will not waste a lot of time because I can do it when I listen to music.
And it is very kind of you to share these helpful tips with me:)

Yes, we always tell ourselves that" Ok, I will do it late, because I have some more important things to do." And then, we will forget it completely until we are forced to do it. I think it is not a good idea, because our tasks will not disappear suddenly, but we will accumulate more tasks.

Yes, I think it is one of the most stubborn habits. Maybe you should also make a schedule just like others' suggestion. To tell you the truth, I am always very lazy, but indeed, I want to find out some solutions to get rid of that bad habit. I believe we will change if we do determine our minds.
