All of us will experience an "aging process" in our life, perhaps some will be in denial or seek for medical opinion to stay young. Regression is a state of going back to childhood traits, it is normal when a person is getting older. One good example is my grandmother, she was so positive in life and enjoys getting old. There are some lapses of her memory, but she's a groovy grandma. We have the moments, you can talk to her anything under the sun, a second the motion from my cousins. I came from a big family, my grandma raised nine children. You heard it right. She was a strong woman, full of her life and still kicking. I hope and pray that she will live longer at the age of 95.

Being old, is not something to be feared. Because, all of us will certainly grow old. What we need, is to enjoy life. And prepare to face the old days.

hi, of course i am and will afraid to that aging process but people can't avoid that because it is included to the process of aging, and i also notice that those who have that are very sensitive too and they will easily get hurt even you only talking to them with loud voice.

I'm not afraid of regression because I try to keep my mind active. I am a writer and still tutor mathematics. I am getting up there in age and am more afraid of not getting married and leaving a lot of good valuables to my descendants. I have a lot of valuables and I can't take them with me. I am still a little handsome in spite of my age and have not went out to look for a lady because I'm trying to finally get myself together. I'm close. It makes me feel good to see your grandmother doing so well.

I think that whole process is all about the mind. Look, we all age, we all get old. But the mind does not seem to want to go along with it. We still think the same as we always did. We just cannot do the same things as we used to do and I think that is the main reason why people want to regress to a certain point in their life. I am no longer 25 years old, although I wish I were. I used to have fun, never felt any pain what so ever, but now I am feeling all those things. But my mind still thinks the same as it did when I was 25. But I am dealing with it.

Sounds like she is young at heart which is the best way to be. The only time I feel old is when I have aches and pains, other wise I am easily amused, and enjoy life with friends and family, while of course chatting it up with almost anyone who will lend an ear.

HEY SHAVKAT, regression, for some people it is like being disable because you become dependent upon other. I am kind of affraid of getting old because i use to love my grandma alot and because of that i knew very well how much attention and care an old person needs. But i do not want to hide my agression but i just feel like dieing before i depend on someone completly and someone has to feed me, help me change. I just don't want to bother someone and that is a reason many of us are affraid of regression.

I'm not really afraid of regression, I've got a good mind and I write a lot of stuff down so it will be preserved for those who may never know me but knew about me. I like talking with older people, they do things simple and wish that other people would stop messing up because its really not that hard.

Foods and exercise are two things that will promote good health. However, organic foods are hard to come by. Do you know that who live near Himalaya can live longer than 90 years of age. The secret is the organic food and fresh air. They have least stress in life. Nothing bothers their mind.

Well, in the meantime I wish long life to your grandmother, that as you have described it, is a wonderful person. Of course, talking about the aging process, is a stage of life that we want to or not, we should all switch sooner or later. To me at the time, although I have only 37 years old, I'm not afraid, because I know that it is a natural phase of existence of every living being. Now I do not mind some of what will happen to me when I am old. I just hope I get to a ripe old age, glossy, reasonable, in essence as there came your dear grandmother.

Enjoy grey hair as you enjoyed your youth. Some people get frightened of old age and they undergo cosmetic surgery to look young.Your experience and wisdom will help you to be attractive in your old age, rather than your beauty. So let your grandmother enjoy her youthful old age for more years.
