Talking to Someone

Today, I've just learned the hard facts of keeping things to yourself. I'm having problems but I nevertheless shoved the feelings I've had aside. I projected the happy person that I am.. But never really told anyone of my problems.. Just today, I finally had the chance to talk to a colleague and I was surprised at the release. My floodgate of emotions just broke and I was crying, real hard.. I've just learned that you can't contain feelings for so long.. It will eventually show. I was just contemplating, what would have happened if I broke down?? I might have done something very damaging not only to me , but more importantly to my family.. It was a lesson well-learned.. I am happy that it wasn't too late. Have you guys experienced that?

That was a stress-released feeling! I am the type of person who do not want to release any thoughts and troubles I am experiencing to other people. But with someone, only one, very special, I always do, it made me so happy! The feeling of someone is there for you and you got good advices. :)

yeah, you are right. it is the good way to release stress. When i am sad or get problems, i just catch friends for coffee talking and blah blah about the life, works..then all problems are gone even though i didn't chat about my things.

Yep, being surrounded by the people you trust definitely provides a strong support. They're there to constantly remind you why you've got to hold on.. It's like you're not the only one holding the ropes. You've got people behind you. :)

Thanks for sharing the feeling. :) True enough, I've felt relieved. I guess I'm breathing more easily than I did the previous days. :)

Well you need to tell someone your problems because it can out weigh you if you dont. Common mistakes of people is that they keep their problems to themselves that's why they feel the pressure of these problems. You just have to feel free brother.

Realising the pain and emotion inside through telling it to other people could really help a lot to realese the pain, lighten the burden inside. Letting anyone help you by listening to you could really help a lot. Keeping our problem inside could prolong the hurt and pain inside so better realese it by telling to other people to whom you trust.

Hey i can understand your feelings and it is very much difficult to contain feelings within oneself. The more we share our happiness, it gets doubled and the more we share our sorrows it gets halved. No doubt there are some things in life that cannot be expressed or said in words but if all the feelings and emotions are kept intact inside one's heart then the burden of carrying them becomes too much in the end. It was better that u expressed your heart out and i am sure u must be feeling much better and lighter than before and to err is human and we all human beings do mistake. What say?

You're right, I'm definitely feeling better. Thank you! It just felt so good to let them go. I mean, it's like letting go of the balloons in your hand while watching them make the sky beautiful.. It was a relief. :)

Sometimes talking to someone about our hurts can lessen the pain we feel. We can also be enlightened by the words they say to us, by their advices and opinions.

talking to someone is good, it's just like you are sharing your problems that you have. because after you share to someone, you feel that you are free from your struggles that you have right now. for me I think that will work. i have also that kind of experience before, that's why i have a lot of good friends... ...good day!...

It's a good thing that the person whom I've opened up to happens to understand my situation much further than I expected and she gave me sound thoughts and advices. :)

yeah, when we get problem or be sad, we should chat with someone even though just say hi, hello and some topics that are not related to out problem but we will feel better.
