I have hit a plateau..................again :|

This is the third time I have hit the plateau. First time I had lowered my calories intake and exercise. Second time I increased my caloric intake and increased exercise too Now What do I do :| I am thinking about running instead of brisk walking this time. What do you guys do to break the plateau? It will give me ideas to break mine.

Try P90X. I used to hit plateau, but when I use P90X it works like magic. I am back to being overweight and I am actually dieting and exercising again. But yeah P90X really works. :)

Eat quality food: protein, fiber (fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, white egg). For exercise, try HIIT (high intensity interval training) and strength training. HIIT is more effective than regular running. HIIT exercise is like Insanity, Turbofire. Strength training islike P90X. These are all from Beachbody program.

I am in the same situation as you and now i have decided to run instead of walking. I think you must count the calories you are eating and how much you are burning everyday. That would help i guess. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

Hi,friends.I am also strugling with weight loss.It is very hard for us to control our calories intake.If you want to make your stomach smaller,you can use your hands push your stomach round your navel,it has some effectson me,good luck for you.
