Why worried about what other people will say

I used to heard a lot that are more into what other people will say against them if they will do things, i always heard it from my mother specially though i know shes only concern but i used to tell her why would i bother to think of other people towards me if they're no the one paying my bills and expenses, i if keep of minding them can they pay for my rent or my daughter's hospitalization if ever.
And so i will do what ever i want to do as long as im comfortable doing it and it can make me happy even if at the end it will hurt me(at least i tried than not trying at all) and as long as i never hurt someone or i never step on someone's foot and as long as my action will not be against my dignity though why would i do something that will ruined my dignity of course not.

I sort of have the same attitude as you have. I do not care what others say coz i am responsible for myself and nothing they can do or say should affect me unless, they are the reason why I still live.

Yes your right i mean my mother always told me minding what our neighbors will say about us and so why would i bother as they're not the one paying all my bills and as long as i didn't throw my trash to them
.. Coz sometimes im so noisy inside our house like i am singing even if my voice isn't that nice or even other silly things and so i don't care as long as i want to sing unless im in public of course its a disgrace and i don't want to be humiliated

Hahaha! Mother in laws could be annoying sometimes. They worry about what people might think about you and yet they don't worry about people talking about them.

Yes that's true sometimes people are busy talking other people's life without looking thinking that they already have their own problem and that other people already talking about them too. Sometimes we called those people who love to gossip a walking new paper in town

Yes, were the same and i rather do things without worrying what other people will say though of course if its my family will say about the things im doing im also taking it as a consideration but not to follow them all the time, its still my decision.

Hi,
You are right. We shouldn't be worried about what people say. It's true that man is a social animal. He can not live in isolation. But if go on thinking about others peoples opinions then we can not do anything. Some people are too nosy and always interested in other peoples lives. If we are doing honestly our work and not troubling anyone by our doings, then we don't have to care about other peoples saying.

That's true besides it cant help if we keep on watching what other people say to us if were doing things though there's so many people like that in our province or in our place they keep on minding other people's business instead of their own.
