I got scallops a few weeks back when they were on sale, and a pack of bacon. I;ve never made them myself, just bought them premade. It is cheapier to make them yourself as you do get more. I took the bacon out, and scallops put them in the fridge for later.

You are really making my mouth water here. I want some of them, that is actually one of my favorite luxuries, but I also have to admit that I've never tried to make my own bacon wrapped scallops. I don't think that it would be something that was really that hard to do, but I do think that it would be something that I might not be able to prepare as well as those that I either get premade and heat up at home or those that I am able to purchase from a restaurant.

I will admit they arnt as good as the ones you buy or get in restaurents. They must use other scallops as these ones were very fishy tasting. I didn't mind them, but werent as great as I thought they would be.

What kind of dish? I have about half a bag left over of scallops to use.

I have never eaten bacon but I do bring it when I go shopping because my hubby loves it. He likes it in his breakfast especially. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

Really? You have never tried bacon before. I dont have it as much as I did when I was a kid. But I do enjoy it once in awhile, the cost of it is a lot though.

As long as nothing has spoiled you should go for it. I am pretty sure if you look up recipes on the internet or even search youtube there are posts/video that show you how to do it. I am hungry now thinking about it and sad that there is no way you can share with me :(

I'll mail you some of my leftovers . They were both in the freezer, and havent been unthawned yet. I hope they turn out, it's something I tried a few weeks earlier and really liked.
