I think I lost the $14.xx

I had emailed MyLot about this, as my account was set at limited. They said it went through, and to email Paypal. So I did just that I havent heard anything from them as of yet. I'm sort of annoyed as that was one month here on MyLot, and was going to go towards my house hold items (I needed $15 more for my kettle, mixer, an toaster).

Due to your account status, possible it error in your Paypal account and not from myLot. All payments made by the site I think works properly. myLot sent payments through MASS payment so all are paid. You need to verify and lift the limit of you Paypal account. Paypal will advice you what way you will do to lift the limit. Most of the time they need credit card to remove it or send your proof of address. Paypal will limit your account if they found out suspicious funds credited to your account.

This is so interesting and informative.I have just started using paypal and I think now I will have to dig deep and find if there is any limit and if I have set anything and how to change it. Thank you all for your informative comments.

Was it your paypal account that was set at limited? If that is the case, it is definitely something that you need to talk to paypal about. I know that the one time that I have had issues with my paypal account being limited, there was a payment that had been sent to me that got kicked back to the sender (but it did take some time for it to all work out) after the payment was kicked back to the sender, they were able to resubmit my payment after my paypal account had been fully restored.

I know when I've had to call paypal, which was only maybe once or twice, sometimes it's easy to get through and get an answer, sometimes not. One time my ex called about his own account but he couldn't understand a word the person was saying and handed me the phone. I had to say "look this is my fiance's account, you are ging to tell me what I need to know BECAUSE HE CAN'T UNDERSTAND YOU. They finally let me deal with it for him and we got it fixed. At that point it was just we had opened an account for him that was higher then what we needed, the put it back to basic. Hopefully you can get through to them and they can break it down for you and see if it went through for them. I don't see it being mylot's fault as all payments have come without fail so I believe it'd be the fault of paypal and they should reimburse you for whatever went wrong.
