Very sorry to hear you like this my friend. I think you need to talk with some one in your home or may be in your neighbor. Some times talking with other people can make you reduce your sad and make you became more energetic to fight any problem. Just try to be the best what you can

Sometimes it's better to talk to someone about what's going on. Funny thing here in mylot, you can find people to discuss things with here and a lot of times, you can find what you need in a few people's answers.
If you're feeling sad, can you find something to do that makes you feel good? Listening to music, taking a walk, finding something to do that you like to do, or used to like to do and don't anymore sometimes helps.

Do you normally feel this way? There are several reasons a person might feel this way that might not be obvious. Does depression run in your family? Also some people have whats called seasonal affective disorder. Its where when the weather becomes gloomy so does their mood. If this is something you feel you cannot snap out of I'd consider speaking to a counselor. They could either help you change your outlook on life or offer you medications that will help alter your mood. Some people just naturally have a chemical imbalance and need to be on anti depressants. You shouldn't have to feel this way. I hope you start to feel better.

Hi, welcome to MyLot. Feel free to share any of your woes. Mylot's a great place to vent out your problems. I shared mine on my first post and I've received a lot of advice from others so if you need someone to listen, you can share them here.

It is horrible when you feel sad for no reason. If you have only just started feeling like this then you should try and watch something funny on television to cheer yourself up as I find that this is something that often works for me. If this doesn't work and you continue feeling sad for longer then you need to try and think about what it might be that is causing it so that you would be able to take steps to try and sort it out. If you can't sort it out yourself then you should think about seeing a doctor, as there is every chance that they would be able to help you through your troubles.
