I am fond of listening to songs. On a holidays if I am in my room, then whatever I might be going simultaneously with that work I will be listening to music. Mostly I will be listening to FM Radio on my mobile as I will be having lots of options in selecting what to here and what not to.
This March I was relocated to Chennai by my company and since then I am having a typical problem. Chennai though is a part of India and is one of Metro Cities is more like a foreign country for any Indian who is not a Tamilian (i.e. Tamil people). Here all the FM channels are Tamil. Hence I had to download whole lot of songs on my laptop to Enjoy Hindi old and new songs.
Recently I came across an article on the web where I found people discussing about software that they use to listen to radio called "INTERNET RADIO". Now can anyone suggest me some good freeware or shareware Internet Radio Software that might help me listen to Hindi Songs.

For your computer also you can download internet radio software like reaon tv and radio player, super internet tv. You can enjoy most of bollywood music channels

Thanks Ashok, as of now I am using www.in.com to listen to music on my laptop. But I will surely download the software suggested by you and give a try. Also need to try the Nokia internet radio from OVI store, if it works on my mobile then it will be great as in Chennai all the FM Radio channels are TAMIL.

I have visited the website JANGO and signed up using my FB account. But then there is only one Bollywood channel that is playing recent Bollywood Movie Songs. I already have a list of sites but most of them have only one channel. Hence I am looking for a software (i.e. Freeware or Shareware).

I cant. But I would be interested in this..I too am condemned with Telugu songs after 8 am and we dont have power from 6 to 8 am, which is bad because I miss out on all old Hindi numbers..while some old Telugu numbers are acceptable, new ones are a bit rough on my ears.

I have been looking for software that can help me listen to Bengali, English, Telugu and Hindi songs. Though I have found one or two most of them have not more than one Hindi channel and are not free versions. Hence I wanted to know from others who might have used a software that can give me variety of channels. I had used one software long time back that had more than 50 channels that included both Hindi and English songs. But I don't remember the name of the software any more.
