I just arrived from a 6 hour search of the souvenirs for the upcoming second meet-up of Filipino members here in mylot. It was quite tiring but its fullfilling. I have waited for two hours for the souvenirs to be personalized. I'm sure attendees are really excited to see the souvenier item. I'm sorry but I am not posting or uploading the item here. Let the excitement begin on your end. But don't expect too much. I just bought the item that suites our budget. I am really excited on this event. I am happy that I am getting a support from all the attendees. Please make your lines open because I will be sending an update from time to time. Those members who haven't registered yet, you still have time until Friday!!

The event is happening on October 13, 2012 at mall of asia. Are you in manila right now? you can probably join us and enjoy the meet-up.we will be having different activities. just send me a private message if you are interested to come so I can reserve a seat for you.

That's a pity. I stay in Davao. And I don't think I can go to Manila or anywhere else any time soon.

Wow I wish I could meet you guys but I can't be in Manila this week. I hope I can one day join with you and get to know you guys in person. It is really nice to know that you made the effort to do something beyond the friendly responses here, and took the next step of getting to know one another. i guess this is just one of our good traits as Filipinos to always try to reach out our own kind despite our dialect barriers..

I hope on the third conference, you can already join us. I will be annoucing the event two months prior to the event so you will have more time to prepare for it and save money for it. anyway, it is just a small contribution. what we want more is the bonding moment. i have prepared some games to make the event more exciting. i am wishing all the attendees goodluck on this event.

Hi rberon,
Thank you so much for inviting me in the conference, but sadly I could not make it because of certain task to be completed in our project here in Cebu. It was really frustrating, I was really excited to meet you guys. Maybe next time I can join the team and would be glad to know each one of you. Anyway, I hope the conference would be a success and many will come. Thank you again and more power!!

do you want me to book you as early as now for the third meet-up or conference so you can prepare for it and save the date? maybe that was the problem with me,i annouce the event 3 weeks before it happens. other members has already other schedules for the said date. next time i will announce it at least one month before the event so they can save the date on their calendar. i hope next time you will be with us already.

hmm.. i really can't tell my friend. From time to time we have projects in any place of the country. If you book me now, I am still not sure if I will be available because of my work nature. Just inform me for any update on the next conference, maybe I will be available on that day. Kindly share also the pictures this coming conference..thanks.

I am sure you didn't forget the 2 mugs that I requested. Well, you can already upload the pictures of the mug for we already saw the original one. How about the new one? Is it the same with the first myLot mug? I'll give the other mug to my very special friend who can't attend as much as he would like to.

I was so excite to that event also but I am not really sure if I can attend due to my schedule I know you understand me because I always ask apology about it and even you, knows the reason before when I talked to you on the phone that I am not sure about it. The most important thing, even I can attend I promised you to send my contribution. Sorry I was a little bit late on the event but it was really a fulfilling moment that I meet some of the Lotters who always follow my discussions.
Hope another will happen by next year even without me. I hope to attend the next conference after I come back from abroad.

Oh my, I really wish that you would share a preview of the gift that you are going to be giving away to the attendees since there are so many of us throughout the world that aren't lucky enough to be able to join you.
However, I also can see where you are coming from with not wanting to spoil the surprise for all of the people that are going to be attending your conference. I hope that after it is done that you will share for the rest of us from throughout the world what kind of gift you decided to give to the attendees.

Are there any registration fee for the meet ups? ;) because the date didn't fall on pay day and if there's any reg.fee I don't have any extra budget.lol

The event will be on October 13, 2012 at mall of Asia at around 1 in the afternoon. I hope you get to join us. there is 500 pesos contribution for the food, venue and souvenirs. this was planned a month ago. I am pressured because we only have three days before the final event.we haven't finalize everything. i am the only person doing all this things since i am the organizer. but event though i am tired i am happy doing this. yesterday it took me 6 hours to search for the souvenir. hopefully, they would love the souvenir that i bought. it is just very simple. i am not announcing it here, i want it to be a surprise not only to the attendees but also to the members of the site here.

Yes, I am doing it alone, so far I was able to make it. I have a friend who is helping me on some designs and I am so thankful to her. She really spends time on the envelop designs and even joined me on the place where to buy the souvenirs. Everything is already set. I am really excited. i hope everyone gets to enjoy moment of this event. I am posting the pictures here as well as in my website.
