I haven't taken notice of when is the best time to eat the fruits before.I eat them at any time I like.however I know for some fruits such as orange,banana and persimmon ,we can't eat them when we are on an empty stomach.

I too, usually eat fruits in night after dinner. Bananas are one of my favourite fruit.

I never think any time to be exact in eating a fruits. As long as there are fruits around the table I will eat. When I was in Saudi Arabia, I always eat different kinds of fruit anytime of the day. It's abundant in the hotel where I work before.

I eat fruit whenever I want. The only reason I could see for not eating fruit at night would be if a person had trouble with high blood sugar, like those who have diabetes. Even then, you could still have an apple.

As far as I know, after your breakfast and lunch having fruits is the best for the health. After sunset having light meal is good so I am not mentioning to have fruits after dinner. We must not have fruit in the empty stomach nor after having plenty of foods. Between two meals can be a good option. People who are health conscious like to have fruits all day long because it gives you energy and reduces your hunger but does not give calories and fat. One might get acidity if they consume fruit in an empty stomach. I can't have fruit daily because I don't like it but I wish I could have some fruits everyday after meals before sunset. Seasonal fruits are always good for health.

Well if you think of apples - those refresh you, so it makes sense to start them off in the morning, but you can actually enjoy them any time you feel a bit tired or need more energy. Bananas have a lot of sugar in them, so they are also recommended for effort.
An orange (or juice of an orange) is always recommended, but maybe not before sleeping, because you will be required to go to the toilet quite fast :)

I think that fruit is a great way to break ones fast. With the high amount of fiber in most fruit it is great to get the system running. And at night for the dinner meal it is just as good. Some fruit has enzymes in them that help you digest your food as well.

Youless, most of the time i prefer to eat fruits after i had finished eating my lunch. Sometimes, i even eat fruits at night especially when my parents bought some fruits at the nearby night market. In short, we never have really a fix time to eat fruits. By the way, why is eating fruits in the morning is the best time? Can tell more about it?

We usually eat fruits after every meal, it is more like a dessert for us here. But I was told once that fruits should be eaten before having your meal or like appetizer. Doing so can avoid obesity.

Yup, i did this mistakes also. Now if I get the chance, I'll always eat my fruit first, before lunch. However, I tend to have stomach-edge if I eat fruit first thing in the morning. So, i'll have a cup of hot drink first before eating fruit or breakfast.

In Romania is a saying''morning is the golden time to eat fruits''. It is good to have fruits first thing in the morning, but not acid fruits such as oranges, pineapples etc. Eating acid fruits in an empty stomach can stimulate it to secrete hydrochloric acid in gastric juice. Another important thing is never having fruits immediately after a meal.

For some reason I have never been able to face eating fruit in the morning, cereal yes, toast sometimes, but not fruit. I like to eat fruit late at night or when I am on the computer and fancy a snack. Bananas are my favourite fruit and ideal for when I have been to the gym for their potassium qualities. I should really eat more fruit but never in the morning for me!

I normally eat fruits in morning and daytime specially the citrus one.
I seldom eat at dinner sometimes it makes my stomach upset

all of us love fruit , but the best time to eat it before the meals ,the one who meditates verses of the Quran while talking about food of the people of Paradise notes that God mentions fruit first, then meat, and in that wisdom Medical great , fruit contains simple sugars and easily absorbed the main source of energy in the body, and therefore they go hungry, while if they began eating meat first will need his body to three hours to complete the absorption process, and here reflected the wisdom of that. Allah says: [56.20-21] with fruits of their own choice * and any flesh of fowl that they desire.).

Thanks for sharing this discussion. Yes u are absolutely right, morning time is the best time to have fruits as they are fresh and more amount of vitamins and minerals can be extracted from them during this time. U can have fruits at night also but very few amount like just a single apple or a banana. But i think one should definitely go for fruits in the morning may be after exercises or at breakfast.

Yes, you are right a lot of people do not really know when is the best time to eat fruits.
I have read when a friend in facebook just shared 7 dangerous acts after meal.One of the dangerous acts is eating fruits right after meal.It says that it should not be eaten right after meal because it can cause the stomach to be bloated with air.It should be taken 1-2 hours after meal.
