Everyday is a journey in school. Exam papers, term papers, assignment, and worst of all a couple of readings. You will meet some teachers who asked you to read 100 pages just for one day discussion which is impossible for students to do especially those enrolled with 4 or 5 subjects a day. You would always hear complains coming from these students, and asking for less reading pages from the professors but will never be granted.
I am one of those students. One semester is going to be over, but before that we need first to take our final exam. The exam is head cracking end. As they always say, there is no pain, no glory.
I just want to know if there would be an effective way to handle mass number of readings. I there a food available in the market to make my brain absorb like a sponge? Is there a vitamin that would help me though out this agony...
Happy mylotting everyone! Nice to be back here again!

food can makes you healthy but not wiser.
in order to be an intellect you have to be pressure free and think in your own way.

I'm sorry but I am not good with what foods are best for the brain. I heard peanuts are good, you may try it, there's no harm after all in trying. I think every student experienced what you have expediences. I miss that kind of pressure but then it is a relief that I am not feeling it now that I have graduated. You only have to take things one a time. Set a time on each assignment or readings that you have to do. Be organized and relax. You'll make it!

Oh, sorry for that. That's though! Try to breath to calm in in a moment, but control your thoughts. Don't be overwhelmed by all that you have yet to study but give your best in this hour. Try to create also a schedule, a planing for what you are going to study, how many hours or minutes you are going to focus on that and keep to your planing.

MHAYFIE, Being a student is not an easy as what you have mentioned you will encounter terror teacher, you need to read more and more because it need it for every subject you had enrolled. All of us we can encounter of same problem while studying as what I did when i was a student before my exam i read all my subjects 2 weeks before exam meaning no need take any vitamins for my brain just eat vegetables that your brain needed and Pray every time and ask for guidance to God.

oh,That exactely what I am facing in school, the way I handle pressure or stress in studies is sports.Whenever you cannot study in school, try to go out for some activities, like badmiton, baskball or swimming.Sports is good way to release your mind, try some when u feel bad
have a nice day~

Yes there is a food that is called brain food... FISH suprisingly it does help.. When I was going to school that was part of my diet almost every day.. Also I took B-12 B complex and ginko b something, and ginseng.. Those are mental boosts and energy boosters.. all that reading really stinks.. I dont miss that.. But when I could I would listen to music to help keep me focused on my work.. You can do it though;-) another way to keep yourself movatived with all that reading and stuff is do so much reading and then when you can take a break in between chapters or subchapters allow yourself 10 to 15 mintues to use the bathroom eat, and maybe even come on here for a bit.. just do something that is not school.. you will be refreshed not completely but it will be a little easier then pushing yourself through all of that reading and possibly missing something imporant because you are in a hurry to get it done..

yes friend, we have to face tensions in our everyday life, and just need to overcome it, by the right means. I agree , we don't get times for ourselves, due to the hectic schedules. But proper planning helps to some extent. The syllabus doesn't get completed till before the exams, and we will be in all hurry. A lot of tension filled nights before exams and many more.
Just relax for a while , or play some games which relaxes you, and bring back your energy. proper planning will definitely show the result.all the best.
