Yes it was resolved. Thank you. Turn out they were under the impression it wasn't a real transaction (?). I contacted Nik and he contacted PP and told them he really did transfer the money, and they accepted it.
I just failed to understand why I need to contact Nik & PP just stopped the money instead of asking Nik themselves.

Hi friend, sad to hear about this. Did you verified your paypal account? why this money is in hold? contact paypal using their twitter account @askpaypal and tweet your issue to them, you will get reply from paypal

I dont understand what could be the problem , hope I am getting this straight , " you try withdrawing the money from PayPal" and they put it on hold? .
Is your account verified ? did you try sending it to your back account or just another online account?

My account is verified.
I didn't even tried to withdraw it yes. I just got it (nik send it to me) & they immediately hold it for "security issue" (it might have being sent without permission), so instead of contacting nik and making sure, they just keep the money for themselves.

Oh, does this happen most of the time. I haven't signed up for Paypal yet. I guess this is something bad. I hope they will inform you about it immediately. They should do their investigation at once.

that seems kinda strange, as they paid you. Maybe it was the wrong amount or something. have you tried to email them??

I have never face this kind of problem and think it will be better if you contact with paypal's support team...

You should contact PayPal support to enquire whether the problem is with your account or whether it is an issue with ExpertColumn's account. If the latter, there is nothing you can do. If the investigation is because of an irregularity in your account, then PayPal may need some additional verification or action from you.

I have literally just got off the phone complaining to their "Customer Service" section about this. A withdrawal yesterday is on hold and the same thing happened to me last week - it took a couple of days for the money to arrive in my account. It's happened to a lot of people lately - when you phone up they give you a load of drivel about it being a "security review", but that's blatantly false, as a review would involve contacting you to check that it's a valid transaction, which they don't. It just seems to be an unofficial policy by PayPal to hold on to people's money as long as possible. They used to be a good company.

I must agree with you. They claim they think that the person that send me the money didn't actually send it. So if this is the case - why aren't you contacting him and making sure? Why just steal my money & asking my to prove that I send him items to get it (I can't prove it, since I didn't send anything by mail, it was a payment from EC...)
