I and my family are using fern-c which I guess is one of the safest vitamin c in the market second from fruits and vegetables. There were testimonies in the past that this has cured or helped patients with serious health problem get over. One of our friends also testifies that his nodule on his back shrink after few weeks of taking in fern-c. Just for clarification, I'm not a distributor of the product. just sharing in, who knows, this will help someone.

hi,thanks for the information, well instead of vitamin c tablet, i like to eat fruits and vegetables which give vitamin c to our body. Of course if we have any problem ,with the intake of the vitamin then we can go for tablet. natural one is always better.

Fruits and vegetables are indeed a good source of vitamin C. But sometimes, I see that it's more expensive so I just take the tablets with contains vitamin C.

Hi there prashu and gaiza, thanks for commenting. Vegetables and fruits are the best source of vitamin c indeed. It can be good also if we add some supplements, natural supplements available in the market.

Hi aslia, thanks for dropping by. Because Vitamin C has become a popular and in demand commodity, many companies are creating their own brand name and products. So, yeah, there might be companies that are untrusted. Best thing when buying is that, check if their is an approval from the DOH.

I took fern-C before and it is good. But now, I am taking Vital-C now. I think they are the same. They both give vitamin C... Anyway, I stopped with fern-C because the pharmacy that I buy my meds with currently don't have stock for Fern-C.

Hi gaiza, we are new users of fern c, My son, my wife and I. It is a good one according to others and I can say that it is because it is working well with me. Fern-c is not the only one that is good, vital-c can be better. There are lots of natural supplements that we can choose one in the market available today.

I have attended a "talk" from one of the distributors of Fern C in our area. And I would say, I was impressed with the presentation.

I see. I have not attended one presentation yet but one of our brethren in the church testified that he had positive experience with fern-c so we tried it ourselves. Good enough, it works well for us.

Oh. Thanks for sharing. I might as well try this. I am taking Enervon C, i am not particular if it works well for me. But ok I'd finish them first and shift fern-c for the mean time :)

Just a word of caution, sometimes what is best for me is not for others so if you have tried it, just immediately go back to your former vitamin brand if firn-c does not work favorably for you.
