Mega sale and Giant sale tomorrow till Sunday...

Lucky you, you have money to spend for these great buys. I am still waiting for my 13th month pay but I don't like buying on sales because I don't like big crowd.

I think, most malls give all kinds of Sale on Octobers. That's because it's nearing Christmas and people are waiting for it, to be able to save a lot. Here also in the mall of our company, there will be a Fiesta sale (since it's fiesta here on the 25th) on 23 to 25. Then there's a Giant sale on Oct. 31, with a show featuring Billy Crawford. Rubber shoes which were formerly 3000 plus is now only 800 pesos. some of my office mates now have their new rubber shoes, courtesy of Res Toe Run's sale.

Ardoy, i like mega sales. That's is the only time where i have the chance to shop for nice and branded gifts for my family and friends. Usually, i only buy things that are useful during mega sales. I still make sure that i don't overspend my money. Yeah, usually i would buy shoes mega sales, too Since this is the only time where some expensive shoes will go lower in price. Hope you will be able to choose your favorite shoes and buy it during this mega sale. Happy shopping....

Mall sales usually happen on a weekend and on pay days. For sure those who will be receiving their salary and have already received it for 15 and 20th pay days will be going and yes, traffic will surely be heavy. Traffic inside the mall will be heavy as well . I go to sales sometimes and I go early so I will be able to choose well because there will be less people when it's early and the counter line will be shorter.

That sounds exciting! I hope the discount really is as gigantic as it sounds. I guess it would be shopping instead of lunch on your break tomorrow; or will it be shopping instead of work since it's TGIF...

a pleasant day to you, i do used to go in a mall sale before. and i even like it until now but due to some budget constraints, i need to cut down those things. though i like it, i need to prevent myself to go in that kind of event or else, i would end up buying things .

I used to be checking malls having sale but have discovered that some of the supposedly items on sale are really not the "SALE" price. Usually, items on sale have a yellow or orange sticker on them. when I tried taking off the colored sticker, the original price says the same as the SALE price! I have encountered this more than 5 times and each time I ask the salesperson why they had to replace the original tag with an orange sticker but still with the same price, they just go numb! I think the only worth buying during sale are appliances.

Glad to know about the mega sale near your place and i am sure these types of offers and discounts would be most awaited by the shopaholics throughout the year as u can avail good amount of discount by buying many items. Since the festive season is around, u can get many such offers at different stores. What say?

WOW! Mega Mall is quite far from my place but I can take mrt to reach it, i am planning to visit the MEGA sale tomorrow to check on some children stuffs and clothes, for sure most of them has a big discounts. Thanks for posting!

I used to always take advantage of mall sales to get the best deals. But lately, I've been getting disappointed so I quit going there with half of the population during mall-wide sales. I prefer to go to the boutique or individual shops which are having their own sale rather than be pissed with the crazy way everyone is behaving during these affairs. Also, customer service tends to be at their worst as they all seemed harass and overworked. In buying shoes for example, on a normal day, I have 2 sales assistants helping me and whenever I ask for my size, I only have to wait 7 minutes at the most and they will not only get me the correct size but they will also let me try other colors of the same design. But during a mall-wide sale, I have to wait for 20 or more minutes to even manage to ask a sales associate to get me my size. Then another 20 or so minutes waiting for him/her.
